It was great and they did a great job. They honored the deal for the same price which was for 1 hour of electrical work. They came out right away and I didn’t really know that they were here. They did whatever was needed and found the part. They did a good job and I have had good luck with them. I used another electrician that was not on the list and then I tried Angie's List again and the job we needed was probably an hour or two. It was a different provider, but he did a great job too. The price was good. They prorated the charge for the extra half-hour so that was good. They were very responsive.

Will was punctual (actually was a little early). He phoned to notify me that he was on his way and his estimated time of arrival. Installed outlet in master closet within an half hour and then checked for problem with light in pantry. Went to store and purchased a special circular light bulb that appeared to be faulty. I appreciated his professionalism and competency while at my home. Would definitely use Desert Mountain Electric for future jobs and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I could not be happier. I purchased this because I was redoing a room and finally decided to get a new fan. The appointment was easy to make and then they moved me up. They called half an hour before they arrived. The window of time was supposed to be between 10-12 pm at they showed up right at 10. They were polite, helpful and cheerful. I will definitely used them again.

The night before the electrician called to confirm the scope of the project. Was supposed to arrive at 7am. Called to inform running a bit late. Stopped to get needed supplies and matching hardware. Excellent and rapid installation. Explained everything. Only charged for one hour of labor and was here 1.5 hours. Agree with other postive reviews.

The electrician was scheduled to be here at 2 p.m.. The doorbell rang at 2 p.m.. It doesn't get any better than that. I showed him where the fan was to be located and he got right to work. He got the old fixture down and installed the ceiling fan with remote control wall switch in a little more than 1 hour. Since I still had almost an hour of his time left, I talked to him about possibly putting in another electrical outlet in my bathroom area in a future visit. He then went out to my garage door area to see why the light wasn't working. After troubleshooting it, he switched some wires around and it is working fine. This is a problem that was 9 months old and a previous handyman couldn't seem to get the job done. Great job. I will definitely be using their service again.

They went above and beyond for me. They were on time and provided a lot of additional information.

On August 29, 2014 I purchased the "Big Deal" for $69 for one hour of electrical labor. What I needed done is an exterior outlet installed and to check a non-working exterior light. The appointment was scheduled for 10 AM on Sept. 12. On September 12, five minutes before he was scheduled to be here, he called and said he's running about an hour behind. It's difficult to believe that he did not realize that sooner?? I told him I have another service person scheduled to be here at 11:30 and he replied "oh, that's okay, we won't get in each other's way". That's not the point, I purposely scheduled the two appts. that way... that was my choice! Will, the electrician arrived at my home at 11:30... 1-1/2 hours late and then sat in his truck for 10 minutes on the phone. When he did come to the door, I asked him if his boots were clean and he said "oh, yeah". Because I have light-colored carpeting, I put an old sheet down on the floor, regardless. But when he knelt down on the floor by the outlet, his boots were on the carpeting and left a black mark. Now he goes out to get some paper booties... after the fact! Then he went outside to start installing the outlet and after a few minutes I went outside to see how it was going... I saw he was putting the box on the outside of the house when I had requested a flush-mount. He said "well, you have the wrong box for that & I would have to cut through the stucco". I am smart enough to know that... but the day before he came out I had called the office to inquire what supplies I needed... the office girl said she would check with the electrician and call me back. She did and I purchased the items the electrician said I would need. Eventually I will need to hire another electrician to do the job I requested in the first place. Will then headed to his truck to do the paperwork and I said, "wait a minute, are you going to check the non-working light?" He did come back to do that and then headed to his truck again... meanwhile I had to talk to my other serviceman (exactly why I did not want two people there at the same time!) He comes back to have me sign off on the job after 35 minutes... I did pay for an hour!! A few suggestions for Desert Mountain Electric... Perhaps a "refresher course" for employees on respecting other's property... maybe put the booties on BEFORE you soil the carpet. AND, would it be so difficult to inquire if there are other items they can look at if you haven't used an hours worth of time? Long gone are the days of good work ethics!!

The service worked out well. They installed ten LED light fixtures. They arrived on time and did what they were supposed to do. They did a good job.

I had gone online to schedule and Will came out right away. He informed us that our breaker for the house was fine and let us use the deal for the breaker box for the pool which was very nice because it was not included. He provided me with an estimate for JFI's and made recommendations. We hired him afterwards to install JFI's, there was some confusion with the scheduling but service turned out fine.

I have used them in the past but this time their scheduling is too far out so I had the deal refunded.

Scheduling with the company was a breeze. They were very friendly and attentive. When the day of the appointment came I received a call from the electrician, Troy, asking if he could come by earlier which pleased me very much. He arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was also very friendly and personable which is a bonus. He asked me questions as he was completing the projects to make sure that everything was being done to my satisfaction. Everything looked great when he left. We had a little problem with the new ceiling fan. After he left it proved to be defective and shorted out. He returned very quickly to assess the problem and found that the fan itself was the problem. After I exchanged the fan for a new one Troy returned and reinstalled the new fan and everything is working perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Troy was very efficient and professional in his work. This was his second visit for work to be done and I have been impressed both times. I have estimates for other jobs I need done and will not hesitate to use Desert Mountain Electric againn.

They were here when they said they would be, and did quality work. I will call them again when I need electrical work done.

Installed electrical timer for porch lights, repaired 2 non working porch lights and replaced a breaker. He could have done more, but we didn't have any other work for the 2 hour job. Excellent, competent, pleasant!

The previous request to the company was to install a plug to a hot wire. The wiring in the room from the previous owner had not been completed. Electrician connected their installed plug's wiring to the other two outlets in the room. The plugs are all working in the room. It took only an hour. My husband and I can repair the dry wall later. I will call them when I have to redo the bathrooms.

I originally purchased the angies list big deal for 69 for 1 hour of labor to troubleshoot why my circuit breaker kept popping. Found my microwave shared a circuit with my lights in the kitchen when it should have been on a dedicated line. Decided to have him do a estimate for a bunch of other work while he was here. As far as the estimate goes it wasn't the highest, or the lowest but in the middle. I am always wary of the lowest bid, and feel like im getting ripped off with the highest. So decided to go with desert mountain after reading their reviews on here. I was able to get on the schedule pretty quick and 2 guys came out. They were very professional and had when they had to cut drywall they covered everything with plastic, didn't do much good with my dogs, but still appreciated it non-the-less. For anyone complaining about them not fixing up the drywall if u take a look at your estimate it says right there they don't do drywall repair, as they are an electrical company not a drywall company. They did everything they could not to cut holes in drywall to run wire and I truly appreciate that. With all the work they did, they only had to cut 1 hole to run wire which I was perfectly fine with. I will definitely hire them again as I have more work coming up shortly.

He had to climb on to the loft to do the wiring to the lights outside and up onto the ladder and the bay window roof to fix the light just under the epex of the roof side. He tested the lights after fixing the light bulbs. On the insde house, he had to remove the bits of wall and the ceiling to do the conceled wiring for the manual over ride swtch. He did not fine tune the operation of the lights because of the daylight. He roughly patched up the cutouts in wall and the ceililg because I told him that i will do it.

I spoke with the provider and she wouldn't be able to do the work in the time frame in which I need it done.

Will was professional and promptly started working. I asked serveral questions which he answered and he explained.serveral things to me. I had already had everything he needed so no charge for parts..

Will showed up on time. He called to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and friendly. Wore booties in the house. Did all the above replacements. He gave me advise on LED replacement bulbs. Will definitely request Will for all my future electrical needs.

Went Great. Jay's team @ Desert Mountain Electric Will and his partner were two minutes early at my home as we had arranged. They asset where I wanted the outlets and went right to work. Cut holes in walls and installed new outlets. They had to remove and replace a large screen TV which they did perfectly. They were both very knowledgeable as I had asked them a variety of questions at which they answered without a problem. They cleaned up after them selves and were both very professional. You would never have know they were here. I would use them again. I was very pleased with the Office in getting the work scheduled and equally pleased with the work that they accomplished in a very timely manner..
