We had to cut the project short earlier, but this was them coming back to amend the previous work. They were extremely differential in the price. They were good to work with. They came in a worked quickly and efficiently. They were nice to deal with.

Brian was very nice. He replaced the circuit breaker rather quickly. Unfortunately once the coax cable was traced, it was going to be a bit more involved then I wanted to do at the time.

He was timely and performed quality work.

Provider was very professional and completed all of the work promptly, including replacing all smoke detectors and explaining locations of GFI reset buttons in non-obvious places.

I contacted them regarding scheduling, however, I had to cancel due to something coming up on my end. They were professional when I spoke with them over the phone.

Provider arrived on time and explained a lot of things to me, regarding some questions that I've had about the electrical in our new house. The main business was installing some ceiling fans. The installation went very well and things are running smoothly. The only thing that disappointed me was that I found a part that should have been installed with one of the new fans, and when I pointed it out to the provider, he seemed perturbed. It was just a cosmetic thing, but noticeable. Anyway, he did it and things are still running well. Thank you!

Showed up on time, only took ten minutes to replace outlet . I thought $40.00 for the GFI part was a little high, but the electrician was pleasant. So the $110.00 was worth it I guess.

I spoke with my husband and we decided to get a refund for the deal. I didn't have any interaction with the company.

The issue to be repaired was resolved without a service visit. The handling of the scheduling,subsequent canceling, and refund request done promptly. Great service from Angie's List!

First visit, they completed part of the work. Second visit, they didn't show up with materials and were going to have to order again. I chose not to have them do part of the work and have since contacted another electrician to complete sauna. The work that they did do was good. They cleaned up. The first guy was very fast and efficient. The second time was thorough, but not as fast and efficient.

Brian arrived on time and managed to diagnose the fault was with the relay. Initially, he thought the relay would have to be replaced, but he looked at the problem from all angles and was able to use an alternate relay connection to the relay and the pump now works. Brian was professional and experienced and I would highly recommend Brian and Desert Mountain Electric.

Troy arrived on time. The Chandelier turned out to be too large and he tried to find an appropriate site but non couls be found. He tried very hard and was most sympathetic. The second, smaller chandelier was of the correct size and he quickly put that in place. He was most efficient, kind, and professioal.

He switched out of about 8 electrical switches since the previous owner had painted them the same color of the wall. He was punctual and professional. He was done in about an hour. He even fixed a ceiling fan that a home inspector could not figure out. It took him about 10 minutes.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was a pretty good experience. They did a pretty good job. He did a pretty nice job. He was right on time. He was thorough in what he was doing and he described it all to me. He didn't charge any extra fees. He got the job done in the length of time he was supposed to.

It went very well. We would definitely use them again.

Collin was the technician sent out. He said the job would take 3 hours and emailed me a list of the materials needed for the job. We went to Home Depot and purchased the materials Collin had emailed me. I called to schedule the service and the scheduling person called me and told me that Collin is new and the job could take more than 3 hours and that he should have never given me the list of materials. This didn't instill confidence in me after getting a bit of a run around from the initial free estimate trying to the schedule the service, after purchasing the materials needed to install a dedicated outlet for our portable sauna. 10/03/14 - Reply to Company's Response to Original Review: I believe this company's response is very unprofessional. As a consumer I had no intention of taking advantage of "labor costs." I simply would have expected that the estimate given by the technician is precise and correct. If the company does not usually give a lists of materials for the customer to purchase, then it should never have been given to me by the technician. Any reputable company should be happy to receive feedback in order to improve the way they do their business rather than being critical of that feedback. After the company's reply, I definitely would give them an F, especially for their lack of professionalism.

I purchased a $99 Big Deal for two hours of electrical labor with Desert Mountain Electric. Troy was running late the day of my appointment, and called to give me an updated arrival time. Upon arriving he determined which ballasts he needed for the 30-year-old fixture. We talked about the broken lighting panel, an item that can be difficult to replace because it is so brittle it frequently chips and cracks on the store shelves. Troy left to purchase the ballasts. When he returned he also had a new, perfectly intact lighting panel. After the repairs were complete, he gave me some great ideas for more modern kitchen lighting. He also provided advice regarding the purchase and installation of an outdoor fan for my patio. I plan to have the patio fan installed next spring, and I will definitely call Desert Mountain Electric to do the job.

Positive experience. The guy was very flexible and did a good job. Very long project. The guy stayed all hours until work was done.

This company is great. A real person answers the phone when you call and they are friendly and efficient. I was able to set up an appointment within a few days, and they were punctual. I purchased the $69.00 deal for 1 hour of labor. I was amazed how much Walt was able to accomplish in that short of time - I got way more done than I expected. I did have to pay extra for a new GFI outlet, but I think the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I have received. Walt was professional and knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions about potential future projects. I would definitely recommend this company!!

The electrician was on time. Excellent work. We were very happy with him.

It went fine. He took care of everything we needed. He answered our questions. Eveything was fine. They held true to their price.

On time at 7am and got thru with 10 minutes to spare (service was for 2 hours). Very nice and offered advice on recessed lighting in kitchen which I plan to have done.

Everything went very well. Electrician was very professional and did everything very quickly. I had purchased all parts, so used them for their professional expertise, experience, and safety. I also used them a second time at a later date for similar projects. Again, would rate them very highly and will use again.

They were able to come out within three days after I called them. I had problems with a plug in the bedroom that had been installed incorrectly. They corrected that. There was also a plug in the kitchen that was completely bad. It took them a little bit more time, but they repaired it. They actually did more than what I thought they would do through the deal. I was very pleased and they were fantastic!
