Angie's List voucher was for install of 4 lights. Unable to do as we had no "scissor trusses" for wiring electrical. He was, however, able to do 2 lights in the area needed the most. Excellent service and appreciated the explanation - understood by lay person! I would use their services again. John was the technician.

They were not timely in most of their communication and I couldn't get a reasonable service date. I had purchased this on 12/22 and they were good at getting back to me that day asking what services I needed. I responded that day. I hadn't heard back from then so I called and left a message on 12/26. It wasn't until 12/28 or 12/29 that they reached out to me and couldn't send anyone out until late the following week. I didn't want to wait so I used another company.

Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. The installers were great and spent a lot of time answering our questions. Did a good job with the installation and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely will use them again.

The service was okay. They came out within a week of when I purchased it. It was easy to get an appointment and they showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. I paid for a diagnostic, and at the end of the hour, he came to the conclusion that I needed an outlet replaced, and he would charge me $100 plus labor and plus parts for $20, so I said thanks, and then I did it myself. It was kind of worthless.

Miguel was fantastic. He was on time. He came in with a great attitude. He looked at the light switches we put in and check the work. He looked at the wiring on the fans to make sure they were right. We had a light in the garage that we needed fixed, but turned out to be the fixture. He did not replace the light fixture, because we didn't want to do that. He had me sign the paper for the work and email me the receipt for the work. He was very helpful with the questions we had. We would ask for Miguel again anytime we need work. I will definitely use them again.

They came out and installed a light fixture for me. He did a great job for me. I would highly recommend his services to others. He was professional and efficient and was very knowledgeable installing my aluminum wired fixture.

This was one of the more pleasant experiences I have had with providers. The electrician arrived on time, was pleasant, polite and covered his shoes with paper booties. I prefer to watch as work is done which he didn't mind at all. He faced some significant challenges such as having the fan ceiling outlet directly over my king size bed, but he kept trying things until he made it work. The fans all operate on the same channel, so when he tried one, it affected one that was installed previously. He took it in stride and reprogrammed the two new units so they worked independently of one another. I asked him how he kept his cool under such conditions; he said the music I had on my CD player helped. Most homes are quiet... I'm glad my choice of music helped his day. Thank you for a job well done.

I did not go with this company due to the scheduler having a car accident which delayed them in response so I had to find someone else to perform the service.

I failed to take in to account the fact that the electrician might be scheduled a few weeks ahead. I explained that I was a teacher and that I was off that week so I wouldn't have to take time off. to be present for the repairs. They fit me in to the schedule the next day! The problem was diagnosed and the repair made in a timely fashion. Problem solved. I really appreciated their willingness to accommodate my schedule.

This is normally a simple job but it was complicated by my very high ceilings. I needed this installation done by a certain date and scheduled a couple of weeks ahead. They were very accommodating with the scheduling. The morning of the service date, I was contacted by the electrician to inquire on the height of the ceilings. He was calling me from the rental store where he was planning to rent an extra tall ladder. I dropped a measuring tape from the top of the stairs and estimated it at 25 feet. When the electrician arrived, he said they didn't have a tall enough ladder. He was not able to install my lights that day, which was a problem since I had a party planned for the next weekend. After assessing my space, he determined that he needed scaffolding. They worked with me to be sure the work would be finished by my requested date. On the next appointment, 2 men arrived, not sure if they were both electricians or an electrician and an assistant, though they both seemed very knowledgable. They got to work unloading and setting up a rented scaffolding. The 2 can lights, which I had ordered from a local lighting store, were installed, including a light switch and wiring. When they went to put in the bulbs, they couldn't figure out how to get them in. After quite awhile, maybe 30 minutes, they determined that the bulbs were not the right shape, too large to fit. They helped me out by calling the store to determine which light bulb could fit. The problem was that the scaffolding could not come down until I had the right bulbs. There was nothing to be done except have them wait while I went to the store to exchange the light bulbs. Another 30 minutes for that trip and they were able to put the bulbs in. The reason I rated them a "B" for quality is that after they left, I found a small hole in the wall where the light switch was installed. I was able to patch this easily with some spackle and paint. I dreaded getting the bill for all this and not having an estimate first, I didn't really know what to expect They discounted the rate for the second person to try to help with the cost, which I really appreciated. All things considered, Desert Mountain did what I needed and the price was a good value for all that they did. I would use them again for electrical work.

Trip, an associate of Desert Mountain Electric LLC, arrived promptly; actually arriving a few minutes early and waiting in his truck until the appointed time. He was very pleasant and patient with our lack of technical expertise. When he found that a required part was missing from my purchases for the dvd installation, he went to Home Depot, purchased it and came back to finish the installation. A pleasant surprise was that he told us how to use the remote after installation. It was a gratifying experience and I am most happy with the service and cost. I will gladly use Desert Mountain Electric LLC in the future.

We still have an issue with the light sensor not turning off during the day, as he said it might be doing, but at least it works. Otherwise it went great!

The electrician was great. He did not waste time and explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix the issues. I was so happy with them that I hired them to do work on my office building.

It went well purchased 2 can lights @#175. Purchased 2 extra lights the cost was $190. That seamed a little odd the 2 @ $175 included a dimmer switch.I understand the $175 was a special price it just seamed a little high the $190 price.

In addition to the installation, my electrician repaired a few loose wires we did not know existed, adding extra safety to my home. He was on time, quick, knowledgeable and cleaned up when he was done. The job was perfect in every way. Thank you Desert Mountain Electric, I am impressed!
