Miguel just performed the work for the circuit-breaker box service coupon we purchased. He did an AWESOME job - punctual, professional, friendly, and explained everything that was right/wrong with the breaker box (including the need for an additional breaker switch for something outside the scope of the coupon). We have a number of additional issues we will need to have troubleshooted, and we will be contacting Desert Mountain Electrical again for that work - and requesting Miguel! Excellent experience - highly recommended!

They did a great job, from scheduling to completing the job. He was on time, clearly communicated what he was going to do and then did it.

On time arrival for both visits. Quickly solved the problem with the faulty outlets by locating a defective one in the circuit. Determined 2 switches required replacement needed. Rather than pay them to source them and pick up the units we did so with the information provided to us and scheduled a follow up to install. Problem solved in a timely manner. For both appointments the technician arrived right on time, was professional, cleaned up the work areas and did not attempt to sell us anything we didn't need. I would definitely use these folks again in the future.

They were quite professional and quite quick. They did what we wanted them to do. The scheduling was quite good and they arrived on time. They got the job done in about 45 minutes.

It turned out fine. They were prompt, on time. I always ask to have them call before and they usually do that. Everybody is usually pretty good. I would recommend them.

When he came out he told me that he would have to put seven to eight holes additional to the recessing lighting holes just to wire it. I did not want that done to my ceiling so it was not going to work out. They were excellent to work with and they were just really nice. If I ever decide to go ahead to do this I would hire them in a heart beat.

We had a house inspection that noted that we had a couple of wires double tapped into circuit breakers. I scheduled them to come on Monday from 1 to 3. Then our realtor called over the weekend to say we had another inspection on Monday @ 2. I called Monday morning and spoke to Jay. He said he would call a technician and see what he could do and call me. He called back and said the technician would be here in 30 minutes- he had him leave the job he just got to and come directly here. He said that job could wait for a later time! I was truly grateful!! Trip arrived and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes! He was very knowledgable and personable! I would call them again for any electrical work we need.

John was running ahead of schedule and was able to come early. He assessed my situation, determined the materials I needed, went to Home Depot and picked up all of the supplies. The installation went quicker than I expected. John was very professional and personable. I am extremely happy with the entire process and end results.

Installation went well; contractor was professional and courteous. In order to find / run electrical wiring, the contractor had to cut some extra holes in bathroom wall, which backs up to the family room. Did not repair these, left for homeowner. This is probably standard process for electricians, but I was not expecting it. One light rim was slightly bend during installation. Ceiling was made of plaster (1959) and presented a challenge.

From the moment I made the purchase Desert Mountain Electric communicated with me through email to set up my date and accommodate my hours of preference. The day of service Miguel called about an hour before when he was to arrive to tell me he was running early and could come then if that worked for us. Miguel was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Before he began working he explained precisely what he would do and how he would do it. Service man called before he came and was there at appointed time. Was very polite and friendly. Completed work within the required time frame, cleaned up after himself and carried the lights into the garage... They can be reused somewhere else. Professional, quick and competent...

we called and service was provided bright and early the next day. all work completed quickly, very happy with service of this co.

The appointment was made for March 4 at 7 a.m. The technician showed up on time but without saying he was on his way. I would have liked a courtesy call. As soon as we met, he immediately explained that the lights I was getting were not 8 spotlights for the tree. 6 of lights were pathways lights and only 2 were for the spotlights for the trees. He said that this was a misconception that had occurred with other customers. He pretended the offer on AL expained that, but I didn't remember it. We read the deal on Angie's List together and it did not include the details about the pathway lights and the photos showed only upright lights. He admitted this and apologized. He spoke with his boss and came back and said that nothing can be done about the deal. If I wanted to change, he would have to give a separate offer. I was really frustrated, and he admitted that other members had issues with this. They should have mentioned this to me beforehand. He apologized and said they should have notified me. Miguel was the person that came out and I'm happy with his past work. It's the company that I'm upset with for mishandling this offer. I'm upset they didn't make an exception and honor the offer as printed.

Exactly on time for appointment. Clean and very professional work. Will deal with this company again.

I have used Desert Mountain Electric a couple times before. Every time they have been extremely professional, shown up on time, and done a great job.

Went well. Very professional! A little pricey, however good work!

He arrived on time. He was vey positive and did what we asked. HE cleaned up and left everything in great shape. One chandelier required extra switches. We went to the store to purchase it but it was unavailable and had tobe ordered.he waited until we got back with the switch and didn't charge extra. We ordered the switch and wheno it arrived he came back to install the chandelier. The switch we ordered was not the correct one. Fortunately he had gotten the correct switch and planned to return it if we had the correct switch. He charged us what he paid with no mark-up. After the last chandelier was up and working he adjusted one chandelier's chain because we realized it was a bit high.

Miguel is wonderful. Prompt, courteous, conscientious and competent. I have had him back to install indoor and outdoor garage lights and a ceiling fan in a bedroom. I plan to have them do additional work in my house. All estimates are honored, and are in writing. Very professional. I highly recommend them.
