 + -1 moreThe service was very professional. Everything went as expected and I was able to get estimates for additional work that I had done at a later date. I eventually had ceiling fans installed and I am also very satisfied with these as well. I will use this company again should the need arise.

 + -1 moreDesert Mountain is very slow to respond. Did the work OK when they showed, but did not put in and hook up the breakers that I needed original. I called Desert Mt. to finish finish the reason I upgraded my panel in the first place. To this day, no response. I would not recommend Desert Mt to anyone.
Description of Work: I ran out of room in my electrical panel and needed more room to install additional breakers. The work was good but it is hard to get them on the phone. They promise to call you back and don't or call days later. I tried to schedule additional work and have yet to hear from them!

 + 1 moreWhile there was a scheduling snafu, Jay, the owner, jumped on the mistake right away and worked with me to find an alternative date that worked for us. Trip and Lance were on time, efficient and left the rooms clean when they left. This is my third project with Desert Electric and I will hire this firm for my next project. Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreOK - however technician dropped the main fixture and had to go to Home Depot for a replacement, but the new one has to be on or off, as the original one we left the switch on and it was motion activated, which was much better for us - this one has no motion activation sensor.

 + -1 moreIt all went excellent! Every part of the job went well. Jay the owner came out and looked at the job, giving me a price. His secretary booked it and was exceptional will her people skills! Jay's worker and electrician named Trip did the installation and was excellent!
Description of Work: An electrician named Trip came out on a date and time that was pre arranged and hung two realatively simple chandeliers. I had the two old ones removed. The two new ones were waiting to be installed.

The house is a old boy and had to be brought up to code with the updated work, (electrical panel) they made the process seamless(permits, aps and City inspector's). I originally had tried utilizing my warranty company and that turned out to be a big joke. So I will definitely be having the team from Desert Mountain Electrical back to work on future stuff.

We can't show a picture because we need to paint the ceiling from the scorch marks left by the old track lighting - but we are thrilled with the work. He even gave us advice on other work we would like to do in other rooms.
Description of Work: Wow! We got four new recessed lights in our kitchen in less than two hours! The electrician had to take out two old track lighting systems and install 4 recessed lights (the deal) with a dimmer switch. Great work!
