They were on time, and were very pleasant to work with. I would say the only down side was they did say they would come prepared to complete the job and they were not prepared and could not complete the job, we had to reschedule. I made sure to give all the correct info as to it being a recessed light and the repair guy showed up to repair a wall light....none the less, they did a great job and I will use them again.

Miguel Swanty was the tech who did the work, and he was simply excellent. He called and asked to come by a little earlier than originally scheduled and showed up at the revised time promptly. He fixed the ceiling fan amazingly quickly, and also quickly tested and diagnosed our circuit problem. He purchased and installed the replacement circuit breaker and was completely professional, courteous, and the overall price for the service was very reasonable. It could not be a better experience.

I made an hour long drive to a rental property that I own because I had made an appointment for someone from the company to come out between 7-8 a.m. I received a call at 6:40 a.m. that he was at the gate, we arrived at 6:50 and found that he was no longer there. I do have confirmation that he left before 7. I contacted him at his phone number at 8:03 a.m, and left a message. I then called Angie's List in an additional attempt to reach out to him. I did hear back from him at 9:38. He was extremely angry, unprofessional and rude. He informed us that he would not be coming back out to the house to perform the work since he was not the one who missed the appointment. It was our problem, not his. We did not miss our appointment, he came early. I have been waiting at the gate entrance since 7:00 a.m and he never was there.

It was great! They came on time, I had all the parts ready, and they put it in quickly. When ithe pump didn't work, immediately, we realized the tubing probably had a clog and he was kind enough to clear that for us too! Then it worked perfectly! Thanks!

John came and PROPERLY installed a fan and switch that I miserably failed at doing. Thanks so much!

John was fantastic. Honest. Not trying to upsell me. Explained everything he did. I learned a lot. Was very reasonable relative to what "had" to be done, vs what might be nice to do. We have aready brought this company back for more work on our house.

After going back and forth on dates and time we were able to agree on a time, their responses to our questions were timely. The electrician came on time and was professional. He installed the fan, looked at the electrical and made suggestions on how to improve the safety of the electrical systems for the future without a hard sell.

Went great. Tech showed up on schedule, and got everything done within prescribed time. Returned next day to correct a problem without charge. He was professional throughout. Excellent experience and will certainly use again.

Desert Mountain Electric was prompt and very communicative. They replaced both lights with ease and were clean and mindful of the area they working in.

Turns out it was a loose wire the the bathroom. He was excellent at troubleshooting.

Jay, the owner, was the one who initially came out to my place to provide an overall estimate. Jay was great. Easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. I can see that attitude flows down through his team. Trip is the electrician from Desert Mountain who came to my house. I had this done in two stages about 2 or 3 weeks apart. Trip was on time the first round - early actually. The second time he was held up waiting for one of his team to show up at the shop so he gave me a call with an ETA. He got here prior to the ETA. As I work from home frequently I was here while Trip was doing the work and I had a lot of questions. He was incredibly patient and his electrical knowledge (and code knowledge) was very, very deep. He worked quickly but did not rush. He kept the area clean as he worked and would have cleaned up everything but I insisted I'd do it since I'm somewhat of a clean freak and have some control issues. On top of that, he's just easy to talk with, polite, and has an easy manner. I asked for him by name twice and would hire him or anyone from the company in a heartbeat. In fact, I've asked for a quote regarding my front yard lamp post and moving the wiring to a J-box above grade (and replacing the post, etc.). Any other work I want done will be done by Desert Mountain. My personal experience with this company has been outstanding. I heartily endorse them and would encourage anyone to call Desert Mountain if you need top-notch electricians.

Tripp and Lance called when they were 15 min out. They were professional and friendly the entire visit, and had no issue answering any other electrical question we had. Plus, they cleaned up when they were done.

Poorly : I had sent a picture of the transformer that I want replaced. They told me i didn't need to be replaced, and to call them that night if it didn't work. I did not work, i called to tell them that it didn't work only to receive a recording that said don't leave any messages on my cell phone. I was told that I would receive a proposal in a couple of days regarding the rest of the lights in my front yard .I waited a week and finally called them The owner answered and treated me like they had never been at my house. I finally convinced them that they had, and he promised to call me back very soon. He never called me back. About a week later I received a proposal via e-mail, the proposal didn't come close to meeting my needs. I called another vendor, they came out and their approach was like night and day. They were very professional, presented a solution and are currently correcting my problem. It is a large job, so I appreciate the new providers interest in meeting my needs. After telling Desert Mountain Electric that I had just been robbed so i needed my lighting problems solved, I was more than surprised in their lack of interest, mentioned above.

John performed the work and he was awesome! He offered advice and made useful suggestions. John also climbed up a ladder (that I would never do) and replaced all the lights in no time at all. Process was smooth and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Tripp did a wonderful job. He called ahead to say he was on his way. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to immediately inform me that the current fan wasn't going to work any longer due to an issue with the motor. I had purchased a new ceiling fan to have available in case this happened. He easily installed the new ceiling fan. He also was able to quickly replace a bedroom wall switch. He also went into the back yard with me to look at the pool pump wiring and pool heater wiring. Nothing was required as all was good. Finally, I asked Tripp about the exhaust fan in the laundry room. It was quite loud and had been noted on my home inspection prior to my recent purchase of the house. He said it worked perfectly fine but was just noisy. Nothing to repair or replace.

John is a great guy. He was punctual, personable and very professional. He got the job done in a timely manner. My breakers were changed out and I now know what breaker goes with what. I appreciate the service and will definitely call them again for any future electrical problems.

He arrived right on time. Immediately started to check out all of the sockets that I thought needed looking after. We talked about the problem. He was very thorough and even beyond what I expected. He even when under the house to verify what he had thought. Cleaned up and with handshake was gone.
