Great! The electrician was on time, friendly and efficient. I would call them again.

I bought their special of two hours for $99.00. John showed up on time and got right to work. Installed two ceiling fans, checked and replaced battery of fire alarm and installed a ceiling pendant light. He cleaned everything up and I still have some time left. I would definitely hire again.

The tech showed up, spent time on the phone, checked the breakers and then was gone less than an hour later. I had asked him to put in some extra circuits, which he said he'd go and buy and then install. I never saw him again nor did I get a written report that services were done, what the system evaluation was... Nothing.

Lance replaced a couple of main breakers, renamed and straightened out the mess of breakers I had. he then checked for completion and that was ll. he was there when he said he would be, was polite, and did a nice job. Thanks Later we found we had a problem and I called. The customer service was OUTSTANDING as the lady said he would return to see what was going on. Lance came back (and it was late in the afternoon so I know he had a long drive). he found the new breaker he put in was defective..so he came back the next day and fixed it. What a guy.

Prompt (in fact called to come two hours early if we wanted and we took him up on the offer) and knew exactly what he was doing throughout the service call. Was able to get separate switch operational for replacement ceiling fan. He was courteous, cleaned up thoroughly at all installation locations. Did the work in about 1/2 the time I've seen other electricians take to perform similar tasks. Best electrician we have ever used!

Everything things was done in a prompt and professional manner. Our fans are working great and do not wobble or make any noise. We are very happy and are looking to get more fans installed by them.

Awesome service! I had a ceiling fan that was installed years ago that has never worked. I've put in about 15 fans and knew there was more to the issue. So I bought the deal and Jay came out to look at it. After some trouble shooting, he figures out that I had a power outlet that was covered by a sheet of drywall. Turns out when the house was built they just covered it up and the wiring was never correct to the switch outlet for the fan. He located the outlet, cut the drywall, and put in a new outlet and cover. Ceiling fan works now and I have an extra outlet in the wall. Jay was awesome!!!

The provider sent me an email that they do not do work in my zip code. And this was after I had already purchased the service.

I adore this company! They are SO responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. This time, I purchased a landscape lighting inspection package (about $57, I think) as one of our lights was out and I was unsure about the wiring due to its age. The technician arrived exactly as scheduled, checked out the wiring around the lights, checked the lights themselves. Apparently, some of the wiring was loose. And, yes...while older, is still in good shape and does not need to be replaced. He then showed me where my transformer was, how to adjust the timer, etc. etc. No extra charges for anything. No trying to upset/upgrade. I definitely plan to call on them again and recommend them to anyone who needs electrical assistance.

Electrician was early and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He also provided recommendation on replacing an existing 100ft extension cord that was connected to the GFCI outlet.

Prompt, knowledgeable and competent are three words that come to mind regarding my experience with this company and their electrician. Loving our new lights.

Lance was on time, and very professional. He knew his stuff, and was great at explaining what he was doing, and why. In the event I need electrical assistance again, I will be calling these folks and asking for Lance. The work was done at my home.

All done as per estimate. Really enjoy working with Trip, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've also had them extend a circuit and install conduit to the RV stall... They're coming back to do install of pool control panel and new circuit.

Tripp and Lance were great! They were able to add new dedicated lines in the cottage using existing outlets. So no drywall damage or repair was needed. This is the second time I have had electrical work completed with Desert Mountain and I have been very satisfied. The team is very responsive and professional.

John called prior to arriving to say he was on the way and arrived on schedule. He was personable, easy to talk to and added the electrical box quickly and where we wanted it. He expanded the switch box and added separate switches for both a light as well as the fan, with more contemporary switches. I am very pleased with the end result and would definitively call to use him in the future.

I have had this company here before when we first purchased this house in November of 2013. We will certainly keep this number handy. Honest hardworking people that you can trust to do the job right the first time and not inclined to pad the bill like others we have had experience with. The last person that I had look at the job gave me a three hour window to fix the bathroom light and 5 hours for the outside light. Both of the jobs were done in under an hour. Desert Mountain is the business you want to hire.

John arrived early and completed the work within the allotted two hour time slot. John is a true professional, providing quality work and experience to the job.
