He got the pool under control. He also got our pool equipment working. He shows up weekly and is right on time and right on cue. He lets us now what needs to be done. He cleans, skims, and is very handy.

My pool pump went out and while I was vacationing and I was out of town for three weeks and he didn’t call me to say my pool pump went out. When I went home my pool water was like peas soup. He was my pool guy he should have given me a heads up. If you are showing up there once a week and you see the pool getting green he should have told me. Communication is key and I was disappointed.

It was not good but it was not bad. We had some trouble scheduling. We had some trouble working around irrigation days but it was alright. I paid a little extra for chemicals that had to be added to the pool. I spent another $40 or so for the chemicals.

No service provided...no call/response.

Showed up on time, emptied the pool , next day he cleaned it, back washed, and then filled it up. Always answered my calls, especially after I back washed and thought I flooded my yard .

Our pool had been a weekend disappointment most of this summer, working and trying to kepp it up, somehow kept it from being clear and inviting as normal. We decided to look for solutions, first having our chems checked and assured they look great it's just this time of year. Then we thought I be we can find someone on Angie's list that can help us. We searched about 10 companies, half respond back, and a variety of price ranges. Then out of nowhere this coupon arrived for 3 moths of service $120, what a deal. We accepted and they responded immediately and set up a day to meet. He arrived for his inspection and routine. He confirmed everything we are doing is perfect, the problem was a quick fix, showed us how to tell the signs of this. Offered his advise of what product we needed, something that even Leslies Pools (i believe) took advantage of not solving. Pool cleared instantly, swimmable the next day and what we had been waiting for, for a long time, had materialized before our eyes. He came the following week, left a message of his routine, and where we were, at keeping it perfect. Also offers a great coupon for prospective business referals. We're still working on the pool during monsoons, to assure we could countinue to swim, but nice to know someone else is helping. Very well worth the money and having, I'd highly recommend them. Very satisfied.

Pool turned green after one and a half month, which he pointed out yard maintenance was the issue which was never presented as a case before hand and wasn't until I followed up to see why he was not delivering the services. Eventually he removed the screw from the timer and let pool pump run for four straight days - which we didn't realize until our neighbor shared with us. In essence, we've paid to him directly for the services which were never provided and another $300 in electricity / $100 to recover pool with urgent cleaning. Absolutely bait and switch. Highly recommend you to stay away.

Dan is pleasant to work with and does the job, arriving weekly to keep our pool sparkling and clean. We haven't had any repair issues, but expect he will handle them as he handles the cleaning.

Called right after purchasing the big deal. I postponed the start of serving but when I called they returned the call right away. Very professional.

Not sure I will continue after the 12 weeks as it may just not be in my budget for the weekly fee.

He came back another time to talk to me, but did not ring the doorbell and I did not hear him and he left. He came by yesterday and said it could be the pool cleaner that was the problem. He also said he would work on the filter that day, if I paid him that same day. Meanwhile the pool has not had any work done on it and is starting to look like a cess pond. I told him yesterday that I would have to discuss the situation with my husband first, before he could do any work. This was his response to me "You mean I came all the way out here for nothing! "You are living in a $500,000 house and your husband is worried about $112.00?" After that encounter I went inside my home and he left.

I had spoke to him three times. The first time, I left a message. I spoke to him twice & he said he would call back because he was driving. He never called back. He also told me he never got a transaction from Angie's List. He was not being responsible. He said he would do it any 3 month period within 6 months of purchase for the $120, but then said he could not do it in that time frame. He said he strictly doing it for new customer and that was not relayed in the advertisement. I would not recommend him to anyone.

They were excellent about being responsive and getting in contact with me right away. They were polite, professional, and very flexible. I ended up deciding not to switch my pool company after all but I would definitely consider using this company in the future.

I had purchased a Big Deal from this company and have since been trying to get in contact with them. We were able to schedule an appointment in which they gave me a specific 2 hour window. They didn't show during this time and have not communicated with me at all regarding when they would make it. I have been trying to call the office but continuously get sent to voicemail; I understand that they may be busy, but this is unacceptable. So far my experience with them has been unprofessional, however I plan to try and complete the work we began.

The $120.00 was a special Angie's List deal. It's half off the regular price and covers once a week service for 3 months. We like him and are planning to continue the service when the deal is up in May. He is very nice, professional and was punctual on his first visit. Since then he comes every Tuesday and we are usually not home. He leaves a note under the back patio door mat so we know that he's been here to service the pool.

I purchased the deal several days ago, and indicated I needed the service done quickly. I gave a few dates and times that would be best for him to call and schedule. We got no response. I contacted him again this morning and got a text back promising he'd call me back by 11:30. It is now several hours past that and he has still not contacted me. If I cannot rely on him to call me, how can I rely on him to clean my pools? I have asked Angie's List for my money back.

They did a nice job. There was a special they offered. I liked the person and I felt comfortable with the person who was offering the service. There was no dislike. They came out within a short period of time. I currently use them.

On time, very concerned about chemical balance and a clean pool!

THEY WERE REASONABLE IN PRICES CHARGED; THEY GOT THE SYSTEM RUNNING SMOOTHLY AGAIN AFTER DETERMINING THE NEEDS.
