Desert Mirage was the first to call me and schedule an appointment. When I diagnosed what I believed the problem to be, he listened patiently and asked relevant questions about the non-working salt cell. When he arrived, he gave me multiple options for the repair, explaining the pros and cons for each option. I made my decision. And he was back that same afternoon with the parts. The repair was completed and everything is working properly three weeks later. This is the best experience we've ever had with a pool 'professional.' I highly recommend Desert Mirage.

Returns calls promptly and is reasonably priced for his service

Desert Mirage Pool Service installed new equipment on my recent pool remodel. The installation was done in a timely manner with quality workmanship and products at a reasonable price. Dan has been very informative about the operation of the equipment as I switched from a sand filter to DE and single speed pump to variable speed. He has been very patient with me following him around so I would know how to operate the equipment even though I hired him for pool service. I highly recommend this company. I have been very happy with the install, service, information, and advice provided me.
