Description of Work: We currently use DIA for our rental property. They are many months behind in wiring us the money from the tenant, and we have initiated a complaint process with the BBB. The owner has not responded to our many voicemails/emails we have left lately.

 + -1 moreDIA found a great tenant, and angered her by missing appointments for repairs. Monthly reimbursements generally were several months behind. I cancelled the contract 2 months early, and eventually received all balances owed, but I do NOT recommend this company.
