 + 0 moreGo with this company if you want your yard destroyed like they destroyed mine. Tree trimmers went through my yard like a herd of buffalo, damaging plants and just letting big limbs they cut fall on fragile plants. When I confronted them about it the Foreman said: "They will grow back". Called company to complain and they send a "Manager" out. He exclaimed how horrible the damage was and went around taking lots of notes. When he left, he drove off and left his notebook in the front yard! They are a bunch of non-caring screw-ups.
Description of Work: Trimming trees in front yard.

 + -1 moreRandy was initially very responsive and punctual. As the job continued, his involvement diminished rapidly. The location and types of plants and trees installed were not as we had planned. They seemed to just dig wholes and plant shrubs randomly. The pool decking was initially underestimated by Randy, thus ending up charging me another $5000. Currently, the pool decking support beam was not installed with proper material, thus causing pool tile and decking to crack and separate due to rust. It has been 3 months now and they will not return phone calls to fix the problem. Overall quality is just ok. Definitely would not use this company again.
Description of Work: Complete landscaping installation with pool decking, sod, irrigation, pavers, and pony wall.

 + -1 moreInitially I was impressed with their promptness, and their clear estimate. I overall am dissappointed with the choice of landscapers in the valley. After the second visit we wanted to move forward but they didn't return our calls again. Maybe they were afraid.
Description of Work: The visited and provided an estimate. They returned to do a detailed walk through of the estimate. Never returned again and didn't return calls. We told them on the second visit that we really wanted to start soon.
