Their install included " 4 vacuum valves inlets (including pipe, lnlet valve, wiring, install and trim". When the project was completed the vacuum inlets did not include electric power to drive the electric power head unit thereby requiring a separate cord to electric wall outlets. They never discussed that there were options about power at the inlets. One would think since our remodel included all new interior walls that putting power to the 4 vacuum inlets would be best install method. Disappointment in their install
Description of Work: Install of central vacuum system in our total home remodeling project. Our home construction remodel was a total tear out wall to wall and then new construction.

I am very sorry that you did not have a positive experience with our company. That doesn't happen very often as you can tell by the other reviews we have received. We are a little curious why this negative review was submitted without the opportunity to discuss it with you. We have been very responsive to you in the past and will, of course continue that respect. We haven't heard from you in quite some time and am assuming that the vacuum system is in good working order. Please inform us if otherwise. I have spoken at length with Steve, your sales rep regarding your statement about the non-electrified inlets. Steve makes it a habit to discuss the choices because how important it is. And although the conversation was almost two years ago, he remembers discussing this portion of the job. The paperwork describing the details of the job refers to "regular" inlets. That suggests that it was discussed. Again, I apologize on behalf of my company if it were not made clearer to you. We would be delighted to assist in the correction of this issue. A non-electrified inlet can be altered to become an electrified inlet with the help of an electrician. There may be some drywall work that would be caused by this change but possibly not. Should you choose to do this, we will offer a 20% discount on all necessary products and services. Please let us know if you would like to have this work completed. And thank you for your business. I had used them before with good results, and this experience was no exception. They arrived on time, did a quality job, and cleaned up after themselves. Furthermore, they sent a technician back out when I had some difficulties programming the system which I appreciated.

Description of Work: We were in need of TV repair service - white spots appearing on our screen - and Dennis provided us with a name & number of a repair service within 24 hours of my email. Then when we had trouble connecting w/ the guy Dennis helped confirm the number and emailed me again, within 12 hours.

The add clearly states that they are open on Saturdays. I called and the voice message stated they were closed. The call was made a t 11:00 Saturday 8/4/12.

Both the sales rep and the installer were on time. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable about what we needed. Installer completed work w/in the allotted time. Owner of company called later in the afternoon to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction!! What a pleasant surprise! We will most definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
Description of Work: Installed 26" flat screen TV on wall in bedroom. Mounted bracket on wall, moved wiring to back of TV, hooked up HD Direct TV receiver.Also programed remote to work both TV and receiver.

They were amazing! Jason and Wes were very professional and were very knowledgeable about home theater systems. They setup everything for us and cleaned up any mess they made. They were friendly and courteous the entire time they were there. I will definitely use this company again and again and again!!

Install went very well. The install crew was very knowledgable and efficient. Installed an additional electrical outlet for the wall mounted flatscreen. All went well - very professional.
Description of Work: Installed new flatscreen tv into existing audio/video system. Mounted second flat screen to wall in kitchen.

Very happy with this company. Got about 5 quotes, and this was the most reasonable price wise by far, and the estimate was the easiest to understand as it was broken down by room and line item. I am very happy with their Design Consultant Adam. He was professional, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. Got three sets of in-ceiling speakers at less than half of retail cost. Highly recommend. The install team was great too. Punctual, polite, and consulted with me on speaker placement before installing. Although they did cut a hole for an in-ceiling speaker in my master bathroom in the wrong spot, which I chalked up to a communication error. After receiving some estimates that were more than double what Dennis Sage quoted me, I was more than happy to do business with them and am very pleased with the results. A word of advice when getting a custom home entertainment retrofit job. Get multiple quotes as they can vary dramatically in price! And research speaker and equipment prices, again quoted prices can vary dramatically. Dennis Sage was the last quote I received and in hind-sight I am glad I didn't jump on the first quote, saved me thousands of dollars.
Description of Work: Peformed retrofit job: - Had speaker wires and cables run for 5.1 surround setup in living room. Performed equipment hook up. - Installed and ran speaker wires for in-ceiling speakers in 4 rooms. - Installed and ran speaker wires (including two volume controls) to outdoor patio and rock speakers.

WHEN I BUILT MY HOME I HAD THE HOME PREWIRED FOR SOUND. SURROUND SOUND, SPEAKERS ON THE BACK PATIO, THE LIVING ROOM, THE MASTER BEDROOM, ETC... THE COMPANY THAT DID THE WORK FOR THE HOME BUILDER WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. THIS OUTFIT KNEW WHERE THE WIRES WERE BEHIND MY WALLS! DENNIS SAGE INC., WAS ABLE TO COME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND LOCATE THESE WIRES WITHIN MINUTES. THEY INSTALLED THE NEEDED VOLUME CONTROLS BOTH INSIDE AND OUT IN A FLASH! THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND THEY SOLVED MY ISSUES AT A FAIR PRICE.
Description of Work: LOCATED PREEXISTING SPEAKER WIRING IN THE WALLS AND CEILINGS THROUGHOUT MY HOUSE. ALSO INSTALLED VOLUME CONTROLS INSIDE MY LIVING ROOM, AS WELL AS, OUTSIDE IN THE BACK YARD.
