Dennis' Lawn Service LLC

Dennis was very prompt and on schedule during initial installations. He completed his work in about two weeks. After he was paid and a couple of months later, one of the trees he planted showed signs of dying so we called to get him to look at it. Dennis came out and told us to water it more frequently from the other trees and the others looked fine but this one was dying. We did that for a couple of weeks but the tree died. As he told us the tree was guaranteed we tried several times to contact Dennis and left several texts but with no reply, After about a month I called Dennis and left him a voice message asking him to call me back. He called and told me that he did get our text messages but he was was extremely busy and told me to leave my gate unlocked and open and he would try to stop by sometime and look at it again. it has been over two weeks now and still no word from Dennis and still a dead tree is still in my back yard.

All services are satisfactory

They come every Thursday for general maintenance. It is not a contract. It's a month to month basis and they send me a bill every month. The price is the same unless they do something other than the maintenance. I chose them because his wife is my jazzercise instructor and I just asked her one day what he did for a living and she told me. I told her I needed someone for my lawn maintenance. That is how it started and I guess it is working out. They are punctual. If you have a problem, you can tell him about it and he will try to remedy it for you. They are very hard working. I think their price is pretty fair. They are here every Thursday about the same time. I will keep using them.
