Delores Lopez

Delores started out very well with me right about Thanksgiving time. The first time she cleaned at Thanksgiving time was A++ #1 :) The problem here actually is that she allows her family to run her day. On her 2nd time cleaning , Her child calls to complain that he wants her to make his dinner so she speeds up the rest of the cleaning to get home. The cleaning done at that point is sloppy. She had to run, and her child kept calling and calling. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked for a 3rd cleaning to see how it would go. Basically , she arrived an hour late, then said she would have to leave in just a few hours to go to her daughters b-day. The issue is that my house needs like a good 6 hours to clean thoroughly, as is gets cleaned once a month. The deal is that i pay on an hourly basis so as to incent people taking their time. Delores simply had no room in her daily schedule for me, but really didn't want to admit. I had to let her go.

She is reliable and she does great work. She also does windows, which is included in the price. She is very courteous and pleasant.
