My experience with Day and Night Plumbing has always gone well. For me I have had and requested the same technician- Josh Perry. Josh goes the extra mile in resolving issues we have had. He explains the issues to me and answers all my questions. He represents the company well.

Furnace Tune Up went well. Friendly and knowledgeable. Plumber also did a good job with checking and repairs although I found the repairs were expensive. But the fair rating comes from a report on the water softener which I asked him to check because it had not gone on since I returned to my winter home the past few weeks. Plumber said it was broken and I needed a new one. Didn't seem right to me so I had the people who installed it out to check and they said nothing was wrong, just had not run because the water use amount was set too high. I saved my self a very expensive water softener replacements.

I saw a poor review and can't help but think they are thinking of the wrong company. They won't even enter the premises without putting booties on. The most thorough check of equipment we ever had. Extremely knowledgeable service people who take pride not only in their workmanship but pride in their company.

Nothing ever seems to get put back where it was left when these people come to my residence. Would not recommend, be careful.

Rene was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job diagnosing, replacing what needed to be replaced along with a full explanation as to why the part needed replacing. He did not try to sell me on anything that was not necessary. My AC is now running quietly and with more efficiency. Rene arrived on time, was very professional and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be calling Day & Night Air Conditioning again for all my AC repairs and tune-ups. This is the best AC company I've had the pleasure of doing business with since I've lived in AZ which is now 34 years.

Technician was great and helped point out some areas of improvement and immediate repairs needed. They offer up a maintenance plan as well which can be advantageous (it was for us) for customers who both need repairs and want to have maintenance done regularly. For us this approach was more cost effective than just paying a-la-cart for our repairs and it pre-pays us for and maintenance as well recommended for someone who wants peace of mind their AC is working well all year. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and overall it was a great experience.

I always receive awesome service from Day and Night. Whenever I call, I get great service from the people on phone and when service rep shows up, they are always professional and courteous. I emailed them late in the evening and first thing next morning they responded and had a rep here by 9:00 am. Can't beat that service when it's 112 degrees out!! Thanks, Ricki!!!

Went well. Everyone at the company from sales to installation were good. I didn’t rate quality because it’s so soon after installation. I’m waiting to see if there’s any impact on my electric bill and hoping unit lasts a long time

Everyone was pleasant and professional. The scheduler arranged for the technician (Derek) to come out the same day. He arrived on time and did the work efficiently and thoroughly, explaining everything. I will definitely have them come out to tune- up for the winter. Thank you!

Troy was absolutely punctual, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and installed a new garbage disposal. Mike the manager worked with me over the phone which allowed me to have Day and Night fix my under the sink leak. Would definitely recommend!

I've had them do yearly maintenance for almost 10 years, and even replace an entire a/c unit, and every time, the techs have had just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism.
