We have an older house that the previous owners enclosed a patio to increase living space. Unfortunately, they didn’t expand the ductwork or upgrade the AC unit to handle to load for the addition. D&N worked extensively with us to find something that would work for us and for our budget. Once it was time for install, D&N walked us through each step for pre-inspections, installation, and quality inspections. We did have a few issues with installation, but D&N has been very supportive and professional. Everyone we have worked with has been kind and prompt. They took care of each issue very quickly. They have provided support along every step of the process and have continued through install. I’m Beyond impressed with their customer service.

He is very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and repair. He is not pushy regarding service plans or programs. I sincerely recommend the businesses and the repairmen for your home or business. Day & Night Air conditioning sent ATA text to keep me informed on when they where on their way, they also send picture of repair man (Eddie Armenta) he arrived earlier than expected and did a great job explaining what repairs where needed and he event went to get a part he didn't have! It went great. The guys were super professional and really great to work with. Took them all day but they installed a new unit and moved it to a more convenient location. I would recommend them and I’m very happy with them.

Mark, James are great plumbers worked together give us detail analysis of the problem and repair estimate. They are very polite, professional, and honest. Even told us if they have any promotion and money saving options. They called before arrival, explained clearly, and also took the time to test and look for any related issues. I am very pleased with their service.

I purchased my Trane heat pump from Day & Night in 2011, based on favorable AngiesList reviews. I've been mostly happy with Day & Night's service after the sale. Here’s the rub: every time a D&N tech visits, they try to upsell me. First, it was a surge protector, which I finally decided to purchase after doing my research. Now, it’s an Aerus AirScrubber, which would cost more than $1,200 and require replacement parts every two years, at a cost of several hundred dollars each. In assessing this product, the only people I can find who are enthusiastic about Air Scrubbers are those who sell and install them. This quote sums up what I’ve learned thus far: “I am a licensed HVAC tech. We are under tremendous pressure to sell these units. They are a very high profit item. I installed an ozone free unit (ozone units are illegal in California) in my home's HVAC system. It doesn't seem to have made much of a difference in air quality. I feel guilty pushing these on customers. Does anyone have a positive experience with these units? I am very doubtful of all manufacturers' claims. Please let me know if this device has helped you.” I’m going to stick with pleated paper filters valued at MERV 8 most of the year, or MERV 11 during allergy season. They are more than adequate for my needs. And I'll just say no whenever D&N tries their upsell tactics in the future.

Couldn't have gone better. René was the technician and quite honestly, I'd ask for him again. He went above and beyond by trouble shooting and then fixing the problem and "while he was there" he chose to fix a couple other issues that could have caused problems in the future. Had some problems with the Day & Night not calling as promised but René more than made up for that and ensured my continued business. Day & Night Air ***** (That's 5 Stars)

Ricky was great! Everything was taken into consideration from a safety perspective, mask, distance, sanitizer, etc. Always let us know when to expect him and he was right on time he communicated to us. Work was done on 2 units and then he reviewed their status and options.
