Description of Work: Called emergently Sunday night because water heater started leaking. Helpfully talked us through turning off the appliance until they could come out next day. Came on time, replaced the unit quickly, cost was exactly what had been quoted, several phone calls to confirm everything, and they took care of the warranty claim on the damaged water heater. We are very satisfied.

Description of Work: A very pleasant experience from beginning to ending. The telephone scheduler was pleasant and helpful. Jason called prior to arrival, which was on time. He introduced himself, presented identification, then begun the work. All drains and pipes, inside and outside, were inspected, adjusting the water pressure to the proper level. In the master bath, you could hear water in the walls when the toilet was flushed. He found the angle stop to be restricted with a small rock. He removed the rock and the noise went away. He also installed a new fill valve on the master toilet.

Description of Work: We had a problem with our air conditioning yesterday, I found this company in angie's list, I called them and they accepted to come the same day, they sent RON STEVENS, who is a really good professional man, he came on time, and he fixed it, and before calling this company a professional man from another company came and saw our system and he said I can't fix it now you must replace the compressor, but Day & Night did fix it the same day, thank you Ron Stevens for your great job, and thank you for the great deal you gave us for the whole system replacement. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I called around 9am for service on a sunday morning for them work on my air conditioner that had stopped working the night befroe. The person answering the phone was polite. Estimated time of arrival was between 5pm & 7pm. For a Sunday, I thought that, that was reasonable. The serviceman "Jerry" arrived at 5:15. He diagnosed problem and was done by 6:20pm. Jerry was friendly, professional, and personable. I climbed on the roof with him and talked with him and swapped stories while he was working on my air conditioning unit. The unit he worked on was at least 30 years old. I surmised and he agreed that it was time to consider purchasing a new air conditioning unit. In the past, I have worked in the plumbing trade, and I know the difference between someone who are professional and know what they are doing and who does not. I will be calling them for an estimate to replace the unit. I highly recomend them for any service and repair needs.

Description of Work: Complete cleaning and tune up of a 17 year old Trane, 3 ton., plus a contract for inspection twice a year and discount if there are any problems. The gentleman who came over was on time, professional, thorough, helpful, friendly and did outstanding work. He had to crawl up into the attac through a closet, took the unit apart, and brought parts down to clean them. This was quite awkward to do. However, he thoroughly cleaned everything. We had complete confidence thiis older unit would work perfectly all summer, and so far it has.

Description of Work: Everyone in the company was professional and polite..on the phone, the estimator, Marc Mittlestead, and installers. Their price was better than the other quotes even with an additional vent and duct to one room. they also threw in new filter frames as well. It was a good experience all around. Plus we did not pay a penny until 2 or 3 weeks after the install was complete and they sent someone out to check it all out. Description of Work: Randy,the plumber, arrived within the time frame agreed upon. He introduced himself and presented his business card. Clean appearance, professional manner and prepared to do the job. He removed and replaced two toilets in my home. The job was completed safely, with little mess because he cleaned up while working. At the end, Randy asked me to checkout the new efficiency toilets and explained the operation. Before leaving, he offered me an estimate on some tub drain work. Description of Work: They replaced an old furnace, thermostats and air conditioning coils. The service was excellent, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: heating element was burnt out on the lower part of the A & O Smith water heater. Jason drained the water heater, replaced the element, and checked to make certain I had the hot water again. Excellent service!!

Description of Work: I installed a kitchen faucet and once completed, I detected a very small leak, which I could not contain. I am moving and spent more time than I had available trying to stop the leak. I contacted Day & Night A/C and Plumbing and they dispatched a service person the same day. Jason Jossy arrived on time and quickly got to work. He identified the problem and had it corrected in no time. He actually took extra steps and replaced a line just to make sure the leak was repaired. This was the best plumbing experience I could have hoped for and I will never call anyone else. Description of Work: I purchased a coupon deal for 2 hours of plumbing service. I needed a new kitchen sink plumbed including faucet installation. The plumber was on time and did a good job and fixed a couple other things for me while he was there.

Description of Work: I called and they came out within the hour that very same day. All of my sinks, tub, shower, toilets and washing machine were overflowing. The job was completed 100%. I was very pleased with the service, technician, customer service, etc. I would recommend this company to everyone.
