Description of Work: Bob came out and quickly determined it was roots and that he did not have equip to handle immediately. he said he could come back or we could try buying some rootex to get rid of roots and it would be safer on pipes(not profitable for him but great advise). he said there would be no charge for coming out and that we could request a full refund.

Description of Work: My A/C needed charging with codant. The technician checked for teaks - replaced a connection and charged the unit. It has worked perfectly since.

They replaced the defective part on my AC unit. My repairman was Kasey. He was friendly, professional and timely! I would definitely use their services again. From now on, if I have any problems with AC, Heating or Plumbing, I will call "Day & Night AC Heating & Plumbing" right away! Just FYI...I am in no way affiliated with this business, with the owner or any employees. I am writing this review because I genuinely had such great service I wanted others to know. I was very concerned when our AC went out - I've heard too many horror stories of people paying for things they didn't need, or were simply charged more than what the product / service was worth. I looked on Angie's List and saw that Day & Night AC had all "A" ratings - so I called. They didn't let me down. Thanks for your professional service. I've always believed that quality service, done with integrity, will (in the long run) pay for itself in satisfied customers who share their positive experiences with others!

Description of Work: Bought at a special price for a add on hot water circulator plus installation. Before the technician (Jeff) installed the pump he (Jeff) explained the age of the water heater plus evidence of seepage caused rusting to the outside jacket of the heater that was placed in 1988 was not an efficient user of electricity. I agreed. He installed the new water heater. He was helpful, cleaned up, and removed the old heater He was experienced. I was happy with job. Description of Work: Day and Night had installed a full-house instant hot water heater system a couple weeks ago. The a week or two later I lost hot water. It was unclear about the cause of the loss of hot water, but Day and Night stood by their service and replaced my whole hot water heater. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and conscientious service this company, and its owner Jeff, has provided. This was the second time I've used Day and Night - the first being a complete replacement of my air conditioning system - and have been thoroughly impressed. Would recommend them highly to anyone.

Description of Work: This company and its representative responded to a semi-emergency with compassion, courtesy and speed. The plumber was expert in what he does, patiently explained all that was being done and worked quickly with a pleasant manner. The problem was corrected and all looks and performs better than ever, Very grateful with what was accomplished and will use them again as the need arises. It is a peassure to recommend.

Description of Work: The service provider came to the house to fix a toilet. We decided to have a new toilet installed instead. At which time, the provided made an apt for 8 am on Friday. Upon my requests he also check the water heater and back-flow preventer outside. He did this very willingly and explained how the apparatus worked. I appreciated him taking the time to explain. He came back on Friday exactly at 8 am as we had scheduled. He replaced the toilet quickly and cleaned up his work area. He also replaced piping around the hot water heater. He showed me every piece that he replaced. I would highly recommend this company.
