Description of Work: This was an Angie's List special offer. They were the most professional company I have worked with in a long time. They did their faucet installations and even came back on a no-charge basis to discuss further items for installation/repair. I am very impressed with this company and they are on my call back list for future services.

Description of Work: Technician went out to check on the AC/Heating unit. He cleaned the unit and made sure that it was not in need of any repair and that it was working correctly. I called one day and they were out the next day. Very professional!

Description of Work: The repairman showed up on time to do a A/C unit evaluation on a new house, he went thru the Two units took his time and came back with his evaluation on what was needed for rears on each unit. The quote was easy to read and done in a very professional way. His price for this evaluation was half the price of the others and the pricing of his repairs were fair if not cheaper.

Description of Work: This service request was as a result of an Angie's List offer from this vendor for a $49.00 plumbing inspection and water heater flush. I purchased this because I knew I had a complicated plumbing issue that other plumbing companies failed to resolve. I purchased this offer to resolve the impossible. I have a large house (4200 sq ft) with 4 baths, kitchen, bar, and more where issues can originate. I knew from the start that $49.00 could not compensate for the problems at hand but none of the other plumbers, (kinetico, benjamin franklin, and another local plumbers) would help. My intent was to hold the professional to the pre paid offer and learn and dismiss him from the plan. The assigned tech, Jason was exceptional! He spent several hours diagnosing the problems and resolving the issues. Not only that, he was "way" concerned about keeping my house clean from his work. Jason made sure I was satisfied with his resolutions before concluding the business. The bottom line is that there were several plumbing valve replacements that were diagnosed and performed to resolve the issues at hand. I feel that I received more that I bargained for, considering that no other previously hired plumbers cared enough to help. If this vendor continues with their level of service, they have my business!

Description of Work: I had them out to service my a/c units. Weird coincidence that one of my motors quit one week later. I had also received a quote for new systems and service and the prices were very much higher than any other bids.

Description of Work: They replaced the heat pump/AC unit and thermostat. They were punctual, professional and wouldn't accept any money until the job was inspected and forms sent in to our electric company.
