 + -1 moreCame in June 24th to evaluate a washer that was not working and two dryers with problems (one smelled smokey and the other did not regulate the temperature). They came as part of our home warrantee, so we have no idea what they charge. After the diagnosis, they said they had to order parts. After repeated calls with a number of excuses(insurance company won't cover both systems, insurance company will cover both systems, need to order parts, haven't received parts, not in the office, will call you back, etc.) they finally came in 9/11/09, said they were there to fix only one item. When we indicated that there were multiple items and we wanted to know which one they were fixing, they got belligerent and stomed out the door. After coaxing him back in, he "fixed" the washing machine in 5 minutes, left the place a mess and left without fixing either dryer. When we went to use the washing machine, it still had the same issue and had not been fixed.
Description of Work: Diagnosed issues with one washing machine and two dryers. Came back almost 3 months later said he fixed the washing machine but did not, and did nothing with the dryers.
