+ 8 moreDan and Conna arrived on schedule, with proper parts as suggested by my list of services requested. They work as a team and clean up as they progress. My suggestions are always welcome, and they explain any conditions found and recommend resolutions, most of which they offer to address while at hand.
Description of Work: Dan The Fix It Man has provided me with a wide range of renovations and maintenance exclusively since 2003. The only service I have not asked him to do is roofing. His capabilities run the full range of skills and trades' most of which I have required. The last event of service included replacement of all valves and flex lines for toilets, basins/sinks and washer. In addition, he refinished a scratched appliance and performed a visual inspection of my scuppers while purging my water heater.
