Anthony S and John C arrived on time, were high energy I and I got a lively presentation on all things window. The experience was very enjoyable. Anthonyâ s presentation was , precise. Informative and I know Iâ m getting a good window. I have only dealt with the sales crew at this point so I canâ t say how the rest of my experience will be but Anthony is a heck of a good salesman. Took a while to get my windows installed. But was worth the wait

Do not hire this company. I was told I was getting triple pane. It is double pane. I had broken items, broken floor tile, holes in the wall, scraped paint a lot of repair work. No dog door which had been a deal breaker. The windows are nice but I would hire SOMEONE ELSE to install. Several neighbors and friends have asked, but I just cannot recommend THIS company.

DaBella is unreliable and skipped two appt times without a call. I rescheduled with them from one time to another because of a conflict with another contractor. The second time no call no show. Additinally, the phone number listed on this app Angi, is a press this number win that prize, phone number. Very hard to reach and not serious about the sale and service. Sad, when 10-20k is on the line for windows, I take it very seriously. I guess DaBella does not.

Bailey did a great job of presenting the product. He was personable and professional. The quality of the product sold us!

Highest recommendation....5 Star experience starting with our Sales Consultant Shawn Casey. He took the time to understand not only our need to replace 8 windows, but what mattered to us in order to earn our business. His technical knowledge or the product, industry and genuine enthusiasm for DaBella made the decision easy. The follow through by the installers and attention to detail made the cost of the project worth while. We are very happy with our new windows and the entire experience.

BAD EXPEREINCE/BUYER BEWARE - This company is terrible on the customer service side of things. No follow up, no follow through, chasing them down constantly. To make it worse, some of the employees whom I have dealt with are indignant and disrespectful. DO NOT RECOMMEND. FYI - Installations are sub-contracted out. Installers were professional, polite, and efficient. There is no cohesiveness between the two. The ratings of 4-5 stars for Dabella are mis-leading

Windows were installed by a DaBella sub contractor of which we were not informed. Sub contractor failed to take photos of the finished install, and I had to do it for them. Otherwise, good job.

Jake Moore & Steve Carlson both weâ re super nice and helpful. They help me by making it easy for me to understand why the windows need to be replace and the benefits. They make the conversation really easy. Thank you for being actually helpful and putting me as a customer first.

The Salespeople did a great job. Told me that the Company would do whatever it took from start to finish to make the customer happy. The installers would leave the property as they had found it., any damage would be repaired. The installers were fantastic. The windows are not. I was sold for custom windows. The front bay window is fantastic. All of the other windows, however, are horrible. The sliders have two different size glass. Yes - two different size glass. While I can live with the bedroom windows, the kitchen and bathroom look ridiculous. The sliders in the front I lost about an inch and a half on each side and two inches on both the top and bottoms. I felt bad when I complained to the installers. They did a phenomenal job and were very respectful of the property. I reached out to one of our salesmen asking him to have a supervisor contact me. (This was first thing in the morning.) I got a text the next day, it may have been a coincidence, but it was not until after I posted a bad review. At first, he told me that was having two different size glass on a window does not sound right and he would get ahold of the manufacturer. The next text I got was asking me for a time to sit down with him so that he could explain how the windows work and the manufacturing. So, obviously not going to do anything about an unhappy customer that was sold custom windows and appear to have received one size fits all. They were paid in full, so why bother? I paid for custom windows. Again, the one custom window I got was beautiful. The other eight windows appear to be a standard window that fitted the hole by the installers. The guy that came to measure was not here ten minutes and said not much more than, hello and I will be quick. Little did I know. This is the third home that I have owned and the third time I have replaced all the windows. I did not mind paying more as my salespeople assured me that I would have beautiful custom windows. I even sent the manager pictures of my replacement windows in Colorado not one of them had two different size glass. I paid almost $3,000 more for this much smaller house with fewer windows thinking that it was going to be a great investment in my forever home. Little did I know what I was going to end up with. I guess it is shame on me. I thought I did my homework going through HomeAdvisor, the company prior to the Salespeople coming to my house. They did not show me the windows that I purchased. Just assured me that DeBella was a reputable company. Do yourself a favor and do your homework. I wish someone would have posted information on this company prior to me spending a good portion of my retirement on a company that obviously does not care about the customer once they have their money. Extremely disappointed.

The warranty is what we liked the most

Jordan came by to look at my windows. I originally was looking at replacing just 4. We ended up doing our whole home instead. Really happy I did! The installers were efficient, clean, and professional. Highly recommended Dabella!

Jordan took the time to meet me on a Sunday to work with my schedule. He was patient with my questions even when I went into what generally makes a sales person successful. After reviewing my order I decided to make a change. Jordan came right away to complete the process so there would be no delays in my order. Thank you Jordan and thank you DeBella!

Mason Yates came out to my home to measure my windows and give me an estimate. The presentation of the products was very detailed , organized , and interesting. I was very engaged with Mason s presentation, he could literally sell me a shoe box for any price and I ll buy it! Even with my house being a complete chaos , I felt like he was courteous and understanding. If you are looking for someone to come out for an estimate I recommend you to him specifically ! I really love my representative Cindy. She was very nice and we had a good time making decisions for my home.

I bought windows and a door for my house with the "double lifetime guarantee"and after they installed everything they left hardware around the house, didnt put any of the blinds back up. no curtans, NOTHING. they just put in the windows and said goodbye. after the first day I noticed the screen door was incredibly hard to open so I called a tech out to look at it, it took 2 weeks to get a call back and another 2 weeks to someone out. they said it was damaged at the factory and a replacement would be sent out. I finally got a call about 2 weeks later and they told me it wasnt covered because my dogs caused the damage. they came into my house, lied to my face about it being covered, them blamed my dogs who havnt even touched the door so they didnt have to pay fir a new screen door that they installed broken. if I could I would have them install my old windows again and never bother with them again. stay far away from them at all costs. they will try incredibly high pressure sales and blame something unrelated when the smallest problems arise. If I could rate at zero starts I would.
