Just starting the process looking forward to new windows Tyler has been amazing answering my questions and helping me to feel comfortable about starting the work

The project took longer than expected due to some miscommunication between the sales rep and management as well as some incorrect measurements of windows. The staff that interacted with me were super nice, helpful and worked hard at making things right. In the end, I LOVE my new windows. They look beautiful and I already feel more comfortable air temps in my home.

Troy did a good job explaining the roofing system to me and did a very detailed inspection to find out what was truly going on with my home. worked hard to find a solution for us. cant wait to get the install done.

There products and total roof system is a very good value for the money. There top notch in customer service throughout including the installers. We are very happy with the total experience.

The finished product is nice but the process was painful. Our salesman wrote up the order on 1/23/2019. He had recommended a total bath remodel but I insisted on only doing the tub as I wanted to keep the total cost down. On the 24th I called him back to ask about doing the vanity top too (so it would match the tub lining) and he said would check on it and let me know. It took a week to get back in touch with him and I had to call again to initiate the contact. At this point he said that DaBella could do the vanity top and would need to send someone out to measure it. The salesman did come back to have me sign that the ordered shower head would not be available at install time and would be on back order - to be installed when it was available. While he was here he measured the vanity top to facilitate the request to replace that. I got a voice mail from Mollie at DaBella on 2/14/2019 informing me that she would be our point of contact; that the tub was being ordered that week; the original shower head was now available; and it would take a "few weeks" for our custom order to be manufactured. I got an email from Mollie on 2/27 which was 1 day short of two weeks from the above phone message: > Good morning John, > We are in the process of ordering your bath and just wanted to clarify that you wanted the soap dish in the bath. > Just want to make sure we have everything you wanted before we send in the order. Thank you so much! > > I apologize for the email but our phone system is done today. > > Have a great day > Mollie > Office Manager I responded to Mollie that I thought the order had already been placed and asked her to expedite the order. She responded: > The bath has been ordered the company just had a question about the soap dish. I will make sure this is expedited! > I apologize for the misunderstanding. > Mollie > Office Manager I called again on 3/25 because I hadn't heard anything. Daniel (female voice, no last name given) said Mollie didn't work there any more and that she was the new office manager. I inquired about our order and she took my name and number and said she would check and call back. She called back later that day and said that the materials had "just" arrived yesterday (3/24) and that she would have the installer contact me. The installer did call and scheduled for install on 4/1/2019. The installer arrived with his team promptly at 8 AM and began the tear-out. When I asked him if he had materials for the vanity he said no, he did not. I called Daniel and she said would talk to manager about it. He called back on Wednesday, 4/3, and said they couldn't do the counter top - just the wet area. He said that our salesman no longer worked for DaBella so he couldn't talk to him about promising something they couldn't do. In summary, we had been told would take a few weeks to get materials and then schedule an install. Instead it took two months to get the materials and the additional work on the vanity that we had been told was possible was now not possible. It is suspicious to me that the materials had magically appeared on 3/24... I find it much more likely that our order got lost in limbo due to personnel turnover and no one did anything about it until I called on 3/25. I also believe that the salesman failed to actually try to order the materials for the vanity or if he did try, failed to notify me that DaBella couldn't do that work. I will find someone else to do the work on the other bathroom!

Dabella promises the world. The reality is that once they receive the money, they are not so eager to get things done. I had several disagreements with them pertaining to the installation. It was time consuming and irritating. On the other hand, the installers were great. The were prompt, clean and professional. Then I had to deal with getting the warranty which took 3 months. I later found out that one of my neighbors had the same windows installed by a different company for much less than I paid to Dabella. Lastly, I did not receive the windows that Dabella gave me a picture of to take to my HOA. Although I really liked the installers and the windows are okay, I would not use this company again because their promises are vacuous and some office employees are rude. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Easy to schedule, communicate and presentation was great.

This company and employees were very helpful, polite and informative on updating and installing my front room window. It did take longer than usual for this project due to the fact that the window is no longer made in my size. So we had to wait for awhile. But it was worth the wait. Both my husband and I are greatly impressed with this company and our window. We have even had compliments on it. We also found that this window brings in more light than the old one. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for replacing or adding windows.

They are pretty windows. At the beginning they told us that they could do all my windows; weeks later, they said that they could not do two windows, but we moved on with the process. It took longer than expected, and then they forgot to make one window, but we moved on with the process. Weeks later, they said that they could not do the window as promised, the design needed to be changed. Weeks later, we had that window installed, and It did not come as ordered, I have no idea who to call, they have changed people. They do not installed the windows, they have another company to do the installation (they did not say that when we signed the contract). Like I said the windows are pretty, but we lost quite a significant view. The frame is thick; however, they took an inch and sometimes even more to fit the window, I have windows with a bottom frame of almost 3 inches, and other ones with 3 1/4 inches, the measurement is not standard.

This is a very professional company with great sales people.

Bathtub replacement completed same day. Happy with results but pricey.

Awesome company! Awesome customer service! They truly believe in their product and it shows loudly! The windows are amazing! Great quality windows! We replaced 6 because that’s was what we budgeted for. Now we are replacing the rest of the windows bc these are so amazing!! We have 26 windows so it’s a big project but they did an awesome job so we will be calling DaBella for the rest!!

I hired them because the price was in line and the estimator seemed honest. The week they were scheduled to start work they called and said that they had decided not to do the job after signing a contract and having our deposit for two weeks. We have yet to get our deposit back. Next step is the lawyers.

I hired them to replace my roof. As far as I can tell (since I will not get up on a ladder), they did a fine job. However, the work crew did not communicate with me about their schedule and when I needed to be around. They also did not clean up much at the end of each day, though they did clean up after they completed the work. The person who planned the job was great to work with.

Jeff and Josh did a great job representing their windows and I feel comfortable with them doing the job in my home.

Truly enjoyed working with the beginning stages with Lauryn D and Bob. You two were outstanding to work with.

A little on the expensive side, the project went smooth no issues. Great customer service and warranty. Great financing options.
