The sales side of the experience wasn't perfect. They were a little pushy and the product was a bit pricey. The subcontractor who did the work was a joy. The crew was pleasant and professional and the project lead made sure everything was right. There was one item where the salesman appeared to misrepresent the situation, but the sub made it right. In a perfect world, I'd love to buy the product directly and hire the subcontractor.

DaBella was very prompt to respond to our inquiry. They clearly detailed what the project would entail. The installer was very professional and did a great job. We were very pleased with the results.

I was impressed with the amount of time they spent explaining everything, the thoroughness of the investigation, and the booklet they left behind. Also, they offered financing....without that , I wouldn't have been able to afford it. The quality of the roof is top-notch!

The product they sell is superior to any other I have researched. The salesman Josh Brown was excellent, he was well versed in his product and company and did a good job of helping us make the decision to replace the windows. The appointments after the sale were not exceptional but they did follow up after we had questions about when installation would happen or installers showing up.

Be careful that you get everything in writing from the sales pitch or they will get away with doing much less. They tried to get me to pay an extra $1600 for skylights that were in the contract to replace! I put a nail though my foot after they left as they did not use the metal detector they promised, I found 50 more nails after an hour of scouring the front yard! When the skylights were eventually installed they were too big so they placed them over the old framing and sealed them on that way. Just crap. Hopefully the roof will last the 50 years they 'promise' but their reputation is permanently ruined with me and I will tell everyone. So sorry I used them.

We had several quotes for replacing our roof. We ultimately decided to go with DaBella even though they were at the higher end of the quotes. I am so glad we made this decision. The roof looks great and the tool shed roof was replaced too the same high standards.

We got an estimate from Paul Johnson on the 11th of March and the job was finished on the 30th. The crew was on time, very professional and finished the job in 2 days. Clean up was perfect and we have a beautiful new roof. I will recommend this company to friends and family.

Chris McMullin of DaBella Exterior was our contact. He was great. He came to the house at our convenience, measured, showed us the many roofing options, and offered a competitive bid. The workmanship was good and very quick. From purchase through installation it was only a could of weeks! Matt , the salesman, checked in with me personally after the job was complete. The roofing crew even cleaned up the bit of debris that went into my neighbor's yard!

Salesmen were great - extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with. They worked with me to get the best solution and a good price. I am happy to be getting such a good product and to be working with such an environmentally conscious company.

Had one of their salespersons over to talk about replacing and upgrading our shower. Friendly, easy, got a great deal... and it really didn't take that long either. He showed us options, gave recommendations, and then WE designed it. Would definitely recommend them already, as they seem to have all you'd look for in a contractor, and strike me as being quite ethical.

The Safety of the product is amazing and know that mold or mildew can't grow on it will make clean up easy.

The visit with Bruce was great and the produce was just fine. Every thing went to my liking, colors and styling.

Paul Johnson was very professional, was on time and explained the system very well. Haven't been installed yet, 1 to 3 weeks out. I'll update this review when the job is complete.

Having reached retirement age, my wife and I started to plan ahead and considered converting our tub/shower combination in our master bathroom into a walk in shower. We downsized a few years ago and plan to stay in our current home for the foreseeable future. We were concerned about the safety issues, as well as the value and comfort a new shower would provide. I went on the Home Advisors website and followed the process through to obtain the list of qualified contractors in our area so that we could start obtaining some free estimates. DaBella Exteriors LLC. was the very first one that showed up on the list, so I started to review the information on the company that was provided on the website. I had barely gotten into my review when I got a call from a very nice company representative who advised me that they had received my request for an estimate and wanted to set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. She asked me some question on the project I had in mind to make sure she had a solid understanding of what we wanted and she set up an appointment for a 90 minute consultation with one of their design consultants. Dave Gonyea arrived to the appointment on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. The presentation was very informative and presented information on the company and the products and services they provide. Dave took us through the entire design process on his computer and showed us samples of the materials available. We were able to choose not only color options, but also different textures and designs down to the new shower fixtures. He worked with us to get the cost of the project within our budget by carefully providing options and value. He thoroughly explained all the steps in the ordering and installation process and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with the companies honesty and commitment to quality, both in materials and workmanship. They seem to be totally committed to customer satisfaction and take pride in their guarantees. After careful consideration we ended up going with DaBella to do the shower conversion.

My husband and I were very pleased with our consultation and estimate provided by Joel Pickell. Listening to Joel’s knowledge of DaBella products and his willingness to ensure that all of our questions were answered made the whole process seamless. DaBella’s 50 year warranty and the numerous finance options that were presented to us is what made our decision so easy. This is our second project with DaBella. In 2013 we had a brand new roof installed. I couldn’t have been happier with that process and look forward to working with DaBella on our new siding project. I will update my posts when the project is finished.

we have just hired DaBella to do the roof on our family home. I was very impressed with the completeness of there estimates. Mike Roberts actually looked in the attic and knows specifically what needs to be done. No hidden costs in the small print. I will fill update the rating as we go, but I am expecting a seamless process.

Josh, our salesman, was very knowledgeable. The pricing was fair. The information was straightforward. The product was promising. Josh made me feel confident that he would do everything to get us financed.
