excellent service, excellent workmanship. I am very proud of my new roof.

The salesmen were great, but what they promised was not accomplished. Work was left unfinished and when I called, my calls were not returned. I was told that for any unused materials, I would be credited for - there were at least 6 sheets of plywood not used. I should say here, that it was not a good grade of plywood, at that. It split and there were holes in it. I just am very disappointed in the whole experience. I am 80 years old. Thank goodness I have a kind neighbor who can fix the mess they left - big gaps in the overhang in the back, very shoddy. I showed it to the man who came to inspect the work, and called the installer and left a message. He has never returned that call.

Make sure to get other bids first. Huge BS factor, high pressure sales. We were told other roofers were 7 months out and DaBella was a month out. The roofers were here in 2 weeks. Very good. We Were told the job would be monitored by DaBella, it wasn't. We paid top dollar and expected the company would provide quality. The two roofers did speak English pretty good and were hard working. The day after the job was done a rep from DaBella called to say she was picking up the check. We told her we had a couple of issues we wanted to discuss with her when she arrived. She called back to say she was too busy to get the check and sent an office boy. We're still waiting to see if some of the shingles lay flat.

Did a wonderful job of explaining the project....what they would do and why. Even down to what we could expect of the actual work crew. They showed up to do the job even sooner than they anticipated. The worksite was left incredibly clean.

Two sales representatives from DaBella Exteriors LLC named Lance and Stephen came to my home in northeast Portland OR for an inspection, scheduled the day before during a neighborhood canvassing, of the 15-year old re-roof on the house and the detached garage. According to Lance's and Stephen's inspection, which agreed to the re-roofing records I was able to find dating back to 2001- when a new layer of 25-year rated roofing shingle over new 30 pound felt tar-paper, after the removal of two layers of old roofing shingles, while retaining one old roof layer, old tar-paper, and the old cedar shingle underlayment. Prior to the last re-roof in 2001 was an earlier re-roof in 1973 although details were missing. Lance and Stephen were both enthusiastic and knowledgeable and I learned about the details of a roofing system by GAF so well designed product-wise and process-wise that an extraordinary 50-year transferable warranty is offered upon passing inspection of the re-roofing job. This roof is hopefully the last one I'll need since it will be a complete roof tear-off with new plywood underlayment replacing the old cedar shingles from 1949 when this smaller house was built! Although I could have most likely obtained a lower cost quote for a complete roof job on this house, I believe I will be getting a good value by choosing DaBella Exteriors LLC for this job. I'm looking forward to the work to start and the job to be successfully completed in the near future! Thanks for reading my review!

My husband and I spent a very informative afternoon with Josh and Keenan as they explained thoroughly the advantages to their investment quality windows. They were very professional and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to purchase the windows. After all the explanation and demonstrations, we are very excited about getting new windows. DaBella is a great family friendly company and we are pleased to become part of the DaBella family. We highly recommend them.

Chris and Ryan came to my home to give me an estimate for complete siding replacement. Being a widow, this was my first experience doing a major project on my own. I was so impressed by Chris and Ryan's knowledge of their superior product and what was needed to replace my siding. I had done my research and found that DaBella had one of the top ratings on most sites. Not knowing a lot about construction I'm sure some of my questions showed this lack of knowledge, but every question was answered completely and with respect. The fact that they do their own financing was a very positive factor in my decision, since I live on a fixed income. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. I am so looking forward to my house looking beautiful!

I am no pro at roofing. I have put on roofing including asphalt and slate. The lines of asphalt appear straight and they working like a assembly line working there way across properly. The valleys look great and edging not bad at all. So far they have been close to the time period of installing and only need a day or 2 to complete. The workers have been really nice and seem highly respective. I was able to give them ice for there cooler knowing it don't last long. The Sales people were not pushy and gave me extra time in the process. You don't want to force anything on me as that I do a lot of research before I hire anyone or purchase anything. So far everything seems great. This 50 year guarantee is still going to take 50 years before i can commit of it working that long. Todays roofing is to me a little on the thin side. The underlayment is different in that is a plastic like and seems to be very strong. Again that's going to take many years of weather beating before I can commit. Monty the sales man was awesome. Its nice to deal with him. No pressure, fun and answered all my questions without any avoidances. I was able to reach him to let him know they had started the project.t I am sure we will probably met soon again in that others in neighborhood are interested in there own roof. Being able to see some of the project being done was awesome. Hope they stick around for a long time. I think they may have got the right way of pleasing there customers.

JR Thomas came over with Jacob on 07/30/2016 at 11 AM and gave us an assessment based on the shower we wanted to put in. They were both professional and courteous, not to mention funny and very knowledgeable. We look forward to seeing JR again on Tuesday and then to the new shower after that. Tristan and Mat were great at letting me chose the product I wanted without trying to sell me something more expensive. Financing was a breeze.

Review by Norma Kulink, Salem OR Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof Scott Jackman and Justin Johnson arrived at our home at exactly the right time. They measured the roof and then Scott went into the attic with his I-pad and took many pictures of the conditions he found. There were problems due to inadequate ventilation. After showing us the materials they would use to put in a roof system, and answering all the questions we had, we decided to hire them. We can only rate Scott and Justin's work, five stars for them, because the roof won't be installed until the end of August.

Chance Kelley and Ean Wheeler arrived promply on time. They were very knowledgeable on the windows showing me examples of good quality and poor quality.. I have hired them to do new windows and gutters. I was very please with what was presented. thank you so much, very nice to have warranties backing up the product.

Matt Pittam was my sales rep for the project. He was on time, provided a professional presentation and worked with me to get the best financing deal for the roofing project.

The 50 year GAF warranty is assuring. The installers were professional and thorough.

DaBella will most likely be pricier than other roofers but you get the top service, product and warranty. They were able to complete our entire house in one day.

Replaced 40+ year old windows and can already tell the difference just with the noise reduction and less smells wafting through even when closed. I'm looking forward to winter because I know they'll keep out the cold and keep in the warm. The installers were excellent, paying attention to detail and answering questions I had with the process. They were considerate enough to clean up as they went along and worked with me to fulfill what was needed to apply for the cash incentive from Energy Trust.

This company is great they have great products and they can increase the value of your home. Ian and Dave with DaBella came to my house and went over everything with me before selling me on replace three of my very out of date windows. If the work goes well I plan on hiring them again for the rest of my windows.

Our representative, Sean S. was very professional, informative and courteous. He explained the product and process that would take place when the roof is installed. We are looking forward to working with the DaBella team!
