DaBella - Phoenix (Windows)

I haven't had the work done yet, but Josh from DaBella Exteriors has been great to work with. He was great on the day he came over for the bid, explained everything thoroughly, had answers for all of my questions, but more than that, since then he has put up with my unrelenting OCD in making sure I chose the right color! Excited to move forward with the installation.

Jordan arrived at our home in January of 2016 more than prepared to sell us a roof. He has thorough knowledge of everything about the products DeBella sells and also about the company, it's history and how DeBella stands behind all that they sell. The roof was on the house in 2 days during February of 2016. It looks outstanding and the work was done flawlessly. I couldn't be more impressed with this experience. It's a significant purchase and one that should alleviate concerns about the integrity of the home. DeBella performed beyond my expectations! Thank you Jordan and thank you DaBella!!!!

Salesman Monty was a great guy and took his time to talk with us. Salesman Steve is NOT welcomed at our home he is rude and very pushy trying to get us to sign up for work to be done on our home

The project hasn't been started yet, but after meeting with Ryan Montserrat and hearing about the company and the products, we were sold on DaBella. Ryan was great to work with and explained everything in detail. He was on time with appointments and answered all of our questions. He was also patient as we added other projects to our initial work order.

Professional presentation by Sam Axelrod and Scott Jackman. Informative and helped to make my decision. I feel like I will be getting the "Cadillac" of roofs. Work has not been done as yet so I cannot comment on that. A very large decision for me but feel that once the new roof is complete I should not have to work about it again.

This is for the sales experience with Jordan Richmond. Jordan was fantastic, explaining everything in a way that made it easy for us to see the value DaBella brings, especially compared with the other contractors we spoke with. We enjoyed speaking with him.

They will be installing my new roof and gutters on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. The have been good about keeping me informed about the dates they can do the job. I will let you know about the completed job.

This review is for the sales experience of both vinyl siding and new windows. They won't be installed until Jan/Feb. This was our first time getting siding replaced, and Joshua Brown was fantastic. Joshua was honest and direct, and didn't try to sell us product that we didn't want. He was able to show the pros and cons of various types of siding, without being pushy as to why DaBella was the right choice. He was able to work with us regarding price, budget, color and durability, and based on the sales experience alone, we are very satisfied.

This review is for the sales experience of the windows. They won't be installed until February. Second time using DaBella, as they also replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. Skyler Johnson was the sales rep that came to my home. He was knowledgeable about the products and I was impressed with the quality of the windows.

This is only a review of the contact with Mike Roberts and Justin Johnson. The presentation of the roofing system that DaBella installs was presented in a very informative and professional manner. A lot of time was spent on details of the existing roof and what DaBella offered to fix the issues. No work has been performed at this point.

I was most impressed with Justin Johnson. He took many pictures of my roof and totally convinced me it was in my best interest to replace my roof rather than put a band aide on it. He showed me written proof that his company is the only way to go. They are the best in the nation with roofing materials, and, above else, customer service. He worked with my budget and made it possible to accomplish this job.

Chance Kelley was professional, very informative, pleasant and took the time to explain in detail the project, give me options, and suggestions. We were not ready to move forward with our project yet but were very happy with the estimate and the time we spend with him was very productive.

Spoke with Joel P. about having siding installed, as well as roof and window replacements. Presentation was good, and very thorough; currently have a quote and have decided to move forward with this project with this company. Will review again when work has been completed.

It's hard to write a fair review, but I've talked with a few of their representatives, including Monty Pederson, who was exceptionally well versed in his field. It's not common in this day in age where a business can answer most of your questions before you can even ask them. They were surprisingly honest about everything as well, From what the job would Intel to the price, to how long it would take to pay off ect. I'll have to write another review when the job is ACTUALLY finished, but for the time being I feel comfortable with my decision.

Have only had the initial quote so far. Was a lot longer than we thought it would be. The sales rep was nice but a little like a used car salesman. We did go with this company and hope we get what was promised as far as a warranty and product.
