DaBella - Phoenix

Great done

I was referred to DaBella as a company that could replace a roof with metal sheet roofing. When I talked to them however, they don't do metal roofs. Since then, I have been besieged with text messages, phone calls and emails from them. Please stop!

My salesman, Steven Carlson, was incredibly informative. He provided a thorough educational session on what appears to be a fantastic, locally made product. We will not only conserve energy, increase the value of our home and be SAFER, we will have a fantastic Doggie Door of the same quality! Steven was able to secure a financing and deferred payment deal that works beautifully with our budget. The warranty extends to another buyer if I sell my home (which I’m NOT) but that was important to me. Although the CoVid19 Pandemic created an installation delay, Steven and the DaBella office have remained in touch. Our windows will be installed in the next couple of weeks and we are Sooo excited! We will revisit our review and include photos when the job is completed!

It is with complete sadness and a heavy heart that I write this review I am not one to trash talk someone or a company but I am at Uter disbelief at the poor craftsmanship and work performed on my home by the DaBella roofing,Sideing and windows I was sold on a look in a quality product I have no complaints about the GAF product my complaint is strictly with the DaBella and with the service that they provided and performed on my home I was told it would take two days to put a roof on my basic ranch style house it took them five days To complete,I expressed my concerns which fell on deaf ears I am now leftHaving to pay for my AC to be put back in place it was not removed but knocked off balance and air duct was damaged my drip edges have Jagged cuts and do not line up properly I am overly disappointed with the curb appeal of my home I would like to think If this was the president and owner of the DaBella’s home would he or she approve of the same roof and quality I got? I now have to live with and look at a very costly mistake with hiring DaBella roofing siding and windows company..

I bought windows and a door for my house with the "double lifetime guarantee"and after they installed everything they left hardware around the house, didn't put any of the blinds back up. no curtains, NOTHING. they just put in the windows and said goodbye. after the first day I noticed the screen door was incredibly hard to open so I called a tech out to look at it, it took 2 weeks to get a call back and another 2 weeks to someone out. they said it was damaged at the factory and a replacement would be sent out. I finally got a call about 2 weeks later and they told me it wasn't covered because my dogs caused the damage. they came into my house, lied to my face about it being covered, them blamed my dogs who haven't even touched the door so they didn't have to pay fir a new screen door that they installed broken. if I could I would have them install my old windows again and never bother with them again. stay far away from them at all costs. they will try incredibly high pressure sales and blame something unrelated when the smallest problems arise. If I could rate at zero starts I would.

DaBella reached out immediately and we have hired them for the work. It's worked out well so far with the sales process and we'll see how the rest goes.

Gannon came out to visit me and was very professional. He showed me a great quality roof at a fair price. I require to make my decisions, but Dabella will be on my list to call back when I am readh to move forward

Well, however wants us to sign contract today. We need to have a few more quotes to understand what other services companies are offering.

We called some companies to look at our roof and Dabella came to give us an estimate. Steve was great and we learned alot about what a "roof system" really is. Very professional and curtious. We would highley recommend them.

Colleen and Troy came out once to give me a quote on windows for my house. They were very informative. I still had some questions and other concerns so Collen came back out along with Steve to address those. Colleen and everyone at DaBella has been very professional and made me feel like they want my business. I am still finishing getting some other quotes but I am definently leaning towards going with DaBella.

John Harris and Steve came out to discuss the job and although we did not accept their offer immediately (we have other estimates to receive) we were very impressed with the nature of the offer and the details that John provided. He tried to go the extra mile for us and we were grateful.

I was very happy with their service, the workers were nice, punctual and got everything done quickly. It looks great! I will recommend and use them, again.

From bid to job completion DaBella was amazing. Kory was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and the overall process of the project. The roofers completely redid our roof and added heat venting in a matter of 2 days. The finished product looks amazing and we easily have the best looking roof on the block. My fiance and I couldn't be happier with our selection in DaBella.

I just had the window project completed on my home yesterday. From beginning to end this was the most pleasant and easy experience. I replaced all the windows in my house and from the salesman to the installers every person was professional, courteous and friendly. They were responsive to any questions that came up and took their time to make sure I was happy throughout the process. I worked with Ryan and he made what couldve been an overwhelming and stressful process to one that was so easy. My house looks amazing and I recommend this company to everyone!!

I did receive a discount for doing the work on Daniella’s schedule, why I had to wait for 6 weeks, when they where ready, they meant business, with 10 roofers working, as it coordinated dancers without a seconds break in the workflow. All completed in 1 day. I now have the nicest looking, highest quality roof in the neighborhood. With a 50 year transferable warranty.

Beyond expectations. The day of the appointment I called to ask if we could move our meeting an hour earlier. They were completely flexible and showed up as requested. Both Nick and Brett were warm yet professional. They tell you and do make you feel like you’re one of their family. Ultimately, I did not get the window because the return on investment would exceed my lifetime.

Nick and Mike were very punctual in arriving for the appointment. The presentation was thorough and they were transparent in their presentation. They explained the product and process very well. They were flexible in dealing with questions and provided they answers needed. I’m eager to see the finished product.

The process so far has been a very positive experience. The general manager Ryan Moore genuinely cares about the customer and their concerns. He is very transparent and takes pride in Dabella exteriors and their mission. Once the project is fully completed I will give my final review.
