It only took one phone call to get my small job scheduled and priced. The plumber "Johnny" who arrived (on-time), was courteous and professional. He didn't try to up-sell or high pressure me into anything. The price was fair and work was flawless. I would use this plumber again.

He did good work! Although, he kept leaving the job and always comeback 2 hours later. He didn't have the supply when doing the job. But he repaired the water line. q

Horrible. Was for installation of a new Kohler R32323-SD-VS Kitchen Faucet and Soap dispenser. When the technician, Devin, said he hadn't installed a faucet that had a sensor before I should have not used Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Before installation the technician mentioned that the shut off valves showed signed of rust and should be replaced. Understanding that we agreed not to touch the shutoff valves and to shutoff the water to the home at the source, which we did. I turned on another sink to relieve the water pressure in the lines. Devin did mention that he did turn the shut off valve off, which I thought we were under the understanding that we were NOT going to touch the shut off values. The sensor worked and water was flowing fine. After Devin finished installing the faucet, everything seemed fine. Water was flowing and the sensor worked. I paid and Devon left. We left and had dinner. Upon our return, water was dripping under the sink and a shutoff valve was broken off. Not only do we have a leak now that needs repair, the faucet doesn't even put out HOT water! I don't know what this company is doing on Angie's List, but I used this site before and trusted the companies that are on here. Now this nice $200 upgrade for our kitchen sink is going to turn into a nightmare.

Horrible, saw I was a senior citizen and in my opinion tried to take my money. First quote $1700 then tried to get me to finance then went to truck and said $1400. So a ball valve is $300???? Really. Said I wasn’t up to code, needed all this stuff. I’m old but not stupid. Got another company and did the work for $800. It was the same company from before. I talked to another company and they said $900.!!!! Oh I needed to replace a 40 gallon they tried to sell me a 50. They need to work on their honesty and ethics.

Let me preface by admitting I am a first time homeowner and some of the fault falls on me for not knowing what to do in the event your sewage pipe collapses. My mistake was not waiting for my insurance adjuster and not getting a 2nd quote. Those mistakes cost me 9k out of pocket. Where I think they are at fault is for overcharging me and intentionally rushing the repairs and making me pay upfront with a promise that they will work with my insurance to get me close to 90% reimbursed. But when it came time to work with my insurance to get the work covered they were very uncooperative with my adjuster. At first ignoring requests for a break down of cost and then they provided 2 different contradictory break downs until finally they just stopped replying to her questions altogether. A third party was sent out by my insurer who estimated the work 6k lower than what I paid and I had a second 3rd party come out and confirm I was overcharged by around 5-6k. Both sources felt the overage was coming from labor charges. In hindsight, it occurred to me that its very questionable that he insisted I pay upfront for labor that hadn't taken place yet. Again that was my bad for paying it but still unprofessional and shady on their part for sure. Don't use this company, it will save you money, time and a headache!

Another company sent by the buyers of my house estimated almost $5000 to 'repair' my sewer pipe. Jessie put camera down entire pipe and made a video. He saw no problems at all. Thank you for being honest, obviously not all companies are. Would recommend.

Main drain was plugged again in 24 hours. They refused to repeat the drain cleaning. the only service they would provide was hydro jet cleaning at an additional $1147.63.

Gene was what you look for in a plumber. Prompt, respectful, tidy, and made sure everything went exactly as planned. The kitchen drain actually works great now! I wish I had done this years ago.

Nikki dispatched Corri out to us very quickly. Corri was fantastic! He kept us constantly informed throughout the entire process and worked as quickly and efficiently as he could. He was always professional. He and his supervisor recommended a wonderful contractor to do the demolition and reconstruction part of the repairs.

I called them mid-afternoon on a Sunday for a persistent leak at this valve. They came out that same day and did a good job - but I thought was greatly overcharged afterwards after getting some casual quotes. But, turns out that their price was in the ball park, but still higher, after getting a professional quote a week later from another company. I am in the midst of getting a third professional quote soon. Anyway - before I was able to get an actual quote - I called their office twice to have them call me about how they determine their pricing. They never called me back - after promising to get back with me. They obviously were just stringing me along, so I looked up their BBB rating ...and it is an 'F' ! (mainly for their customer service), I can't believe Angie's list would have a company with a BBB rating of F...doesn't make sense to me.

This firm originally gave me a window 11-2 (which was critical). After several delays and telling me their driver had a tire blow out, when the employee finally showed up at 6 pm he apologized he was just caught on his last job that turned out bigger than anticipated. He wore no COVID safety equipment; mask, gloves, shoe covers...came into the kitchen turned on my faucet ran it for a minute (no drainage issues as I explained its usually when I plug the other side), he looked under the sink for 1 second didn't touch anything then gave me a peanut butter analogy (several times) of how their basic drain cleaning service they provide for $69 would not do any good, but would need to hydroblast. I asked how would he know that if he hasn't seen any blockage or slow drainage and where was the 'camera' scoping they said they provide. Again the peanut butter analogy was shared. Then I asked how much the hydroblast would cost, he said around $900 but he doesn't have the equipment it would need to be rescheduled (not that I would have hired them to do this service). There was no diagnosis, no camera scoping, no safety for customers well being during this pandemic, they basically lied about why their were late. So I don't know what other's experience was, but this company (or their employee) has absolutely no credibility. It was a total bait and switch they never intended to perform their $69 service and frankly they are putting people's lives at risk. I am not be an alarmist but I have someone in my home that has stage 4 lung cancer and anyone entering a stranger's home should take precautions.

Would not recommend this company if you are looking for a professional and reliable company with integrity. An appointment was made with the owner Vincent for the following day. The service tech David failed to show up for the apt. My husband continued to call the company throughout the day as they continued to string him along and lie that the tech was on his way. Vicky with dispatch went as far to say that they were tracking him on GPS and could see he was on our street and should be here shortly. He was NEVER on our street and NEVER showed as we waited outside for him. Not once did this company call to update us as to why the service tech David was not here .We had to constantly call them. I took a day off of work to accommodate this appointment that never took place. I quite honestly don't understand how this company is in business. We chose this company from Angie's list expecting a reputable referral . We will no longer be using Angie's list and encouraging our family and friends to do the same.

The company talked me into doing extensive plumbing when I only called to have a toilet unplugged. They never unplugged the toilet, They did install a water softener that leaks, and worked around my washing machine that is not severely unbalanced and won't wash clothes. I have called and they and have promised to return, stated someone is on the way, given me a time they are coming multiple times a day for several days. So far no one has showed up. It has been almost a week since they first said they would come back. We are extremely unhappy with them

It was very good they were very informative Jessie even gave us helpful hints on how to prevent future issues he was very helpful . We look forward to working with him again, he did exactly what we needed done and we plan on hiring him to help with pressure washing in the future this was a very pleasant experience.

Good organization. I was called quickly even though this was not an emergency level repair. Serviceman showed up promptly, clear estimate was given, work was promptly performed. Technician was experienced and courteous. He had all the needed parts to perform the repairs.

Professional, prompt, friendly, reasonably priced

They only checked one bathroom drain. They scheduled initial appointment but had to reschedule. They came out on Monday and scheduled to come back to continue job on Thursday but canceled as they said employee was under weather.

The technician (Johnny) was extremely helpful and had a great positive attitude and and an amazing work ethic. He along with his co-worker, Todd were able to dig in, find the leak, re-route the plumbing in a matter of a few hours. They provided a couple of options and went with the one where it saved us from digging into our concrete water feature. They did a fantastic job, and it was very reasonably priced. They were very professional. I Highly recommend them.

Michael replaced the water line to the toilet and the fill valve inside the tank, both were full of sand and sediment. Slow fill problem resolved. TOM was able to get a piece of a broken hanger that was jammed deep inside the toilet for what I would say would be for over 10 years! Slow flush finally resolved!!!

**Dishonest Company** Main line drainage clear was suppose to be $69. When the technician arrived he immediately tried to charge $123. The job was to include a camera inspection, which they did- without clearing the line. Obviously nothing could be seen. Yet, Keith, the tech, was convinced, with no evidence at all that the oleanders were growing in the piping and a 5' trench needed to be dug and pipe repaired. This $69 drain clear turned into a $2500.00 job- site unseen. After I reiterated the info above, Keith lowered the amount to $1750.00, a $750.00 reduction in seconds. After I said I was getting a second opinion, Keith the tech, forwarded a jet cleaning offer for approximately $700.00. Obviously an effort to get anything they could, I refused. Did I mention the passed out tattooed guy in the passenger seat of Keith's work van. I hired another plumber who cleared the mainline in seconds for $149.00 and said a camera in an uncleared line is useless and that Custom Plumbing was trying to rip me off.

They never arrived or contacted me for the added work to correct the problem.

chose this plumber due to quote that was given on day of project price went up $275 and half the work was not completed that day, plumber return the following week to finish bathroom fixture that was broken because he said he didn't have a part on the first stop, he also didn't have the part when he arrived and decided that it wouldn't work as originally promised so we would have to go buy a new fixture and he'd install that For us. Work was fine but a 500 quote that was almost 900 and now I have to go buy another item.

It went very well, I had calcium buildup. The gentlemen name Nash Bearden, was the one to let me know that my facet head was full of calcium buildup and I need to either change the head or buy a new faucet. I love that he gave me options. I have definitely pleased with his work. I recommend this company HIGHLY!!!! :)

I scheduled twice to meet with them to get an estimate on fixing a leaky exterior faucet. The first time, I waited from 4:00 to 5:30 for them to show; my time window was 4:00 to 6:00. I never heard from anyone, so I called the office and was assured they were still coming out. I got a call from them a few minutes after 6:00, saying they would be there at 7:00. By that time, it was going to be dark, and therefore harder to inspect the outdoor faucet. I was irritated they hadn't called earlier, but whatever -- things happen. So I rescheduled for the next morning and was told I'd be the first call; they'd show between 8:00 and 9:00. Well, it's nearly 10:00 as I write this, and I've heard nothing. I'm irritated at having my time wasted. I would not recommend this company.

Was actually called by them when we solicited bids on Angie's List and was told they could meet us from 1 -3 pm. and the technician would call 30 minutes before they were on their way. After they failed to meet that timeline, they called at 3:15 and changed the time window from 4 - 6 pm. They never showed up. I understand professionals are busy. I am a professional, and I am also busy. I arranged to be at home and waited over 5 hours for a service they scheduled. All I ask is that they be upfront with their availability instead of disrespecting a potential customer by not respecting their time. They wasted my time.
