Both times they were very professional, did a good job, they explained everything and were on time.

James the technician who did the work did a fabulous job! I am so relieved to have the problem fixed which was multi-fold, and am grateful for the recommendations he made for possible future work. He worked hard and did an excellent job.

I had scheduled another plumber from Home Advisor but was having them come Monday as they charged more for the weekend. Having been on Home Advisor web site Custom Plumbing texted me letting me know they were available and didn't charge extra for weekends. They were here in 45 minutes and made repairs and now I have hot water. The plumber showed me directly where the damage was and it was quite visible. Terrible water in Arizona. They were awesome and if I need a plumber in the future it will be them. I have their card. Great company!!!

On time and repairs were completed well.

IT TOOK 3 plumbers and a supervisor and over 300 dollars to find out they couldn't do the job right. Find another plumber. Totally frustrating. They don't unclog drains and replace the pipes. One or the other. Didn't use plumbing tape. Pipes leaked. Pipes had to be redone, then they told us to do it right would be over $1000 . After quoting $325. Job still not done right. Very amateur .

The first guy couldn't get it unclogged. Also made a pretty big mess and left it. But the second guy's got it fixed relatively quick.

Tried to come two days early and didn’t show on the scheduled date and time.

Great overall - down 1/2 a star because one of the faucets hot and cold water handles were installed backwards.

There were no repairs done. The water softner control board was malfunctioning. After a technician looked at it he said he might have solved the problem. After he left the unit is not working just as if he never even did a thing to it.

The cost seemed a bit high but the work was accomplished very professionally by Billy the plumber who was very friendly and courteous. There was a mix up on the schedule such that the work had to be rescheduled for another day, but would recommend them to others.

I gave them the phone number of my tenant. They set a time to come out. They never showed up. Then Denise hung up on my tenant. Not cool.

Scheduled an estimate. Never showed and never called. Rhe very definition of unprofessional.
