A bit on the expensive side however job well done.

The upside was that they came right out the same day. Very good response time. Down side was the plumber reeked of smoke, stared at his phone most of the time, brought no parts or tools with him, and dint fix the issue. Was the equivalent of hiring a roofer for a leak, him showing up and telling you that there is a hole in the roof, billing, then leaving.

Prompt, expert, did repair fast once found. made key referral to a water remediation expert, this was priceless. Charge was high for a 15 minute repair, but they added value on the important referral. So, mostly 5 stars.

Very responsive, quick and did great work. Left everything clean after he finished as well.

Fast and good service

Don't use them! They came out to fix my outside faucet/ hose bib. It was not covered by my home warranty so I had them replace it at a cost of $1160.00. He told me that my pressure release valve was old, not up to code, and could cause the house to flood. He would fix it at a price of another $1100.00. I contacted my home warranty and they sent out a plumber that said that I didn"t have a valve. Nope no valve! The home warranty plumber would have charged $450.00 to put in a new faucet/hose bib. So, in conclusion, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They are very dishonest. I got ripped off!!

Corri was friendly, on time, professional, and did the requested work in a timely manner. The initial problem was with our toilet but after discussing the issue with Corri we looked at the water pressure in the house. The pressure valve was very old and corroded so it needed to be replaced. He gave me a great deal on the replacement and I’m happy to have the issue resolved. We’ll use this company again!

Plummer (Corri) was very professional. He is pleasant and very respectful of our needs and property. Work was done quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Would recommend him and Custom Plumbing.

They were too high on price

$4500 to cut a 1 ft strip of driveway and dig a trench for replacing 30 ft of pipe with synthetic pipe, and left saying the driveway repair was my problem. No mention of this prior to leaving. I now know why. It is impossible to get a driveway repaired.

They told me that I needed a new toilette and the other company told me I did not needed a new toilette. I do not know what they did with the $275 that I paid them.

Knowledgable and friendly, willing to listen and share their knowledge also. Was willing to barter over the price, nice.

I called them on Sunday and got a response that same day . A tech came out Monday afternoon. Tech said be back tomorrow...needed to buy a piece....the The leak was not fixed until Thursday. $ 480.00 for leak. Overpriced, not very professional very dissatisfied they did not communicate very well. We tried to cancel.....Unfortunately, they were not 2 refunds the deposit. So they did the work not very well done I would never recommend or use this company ever again.

Custom Plumbing came out and fixed the water pressure valve on my home. Then installed a water 2 in 1 water softner/ whole home filtration system. The install softner had some hiccups. After some discussion the operations manager came out assessed the situation and fixed the entire issue within a day. Steve made it right and explained the entire process. He had his crew come out and get everything up and running ASAP and very politely and informed me about the dos and don't. His crew at custom Plumbing were very customer service oriented and went out of their way to make my experience A . Thank you very much.

My first quote was for $6000. Kevin looked everything over and my job ended up costing $300. Kevin was knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do and why. His plan made perfect sense. I highly recommend Custom Plumbing of Arizona. They were affordable, on time and quick as well as friendly and personable.

Needed a new buried water line run 320 feet from the street meter to a new residential detached garage. Very hard work in the June heat in very rocky soil. Work was performed well, on time & no extra charges over the original agreed upon job price. The plumber Brian did great work. Would gladly use them again.

Dishonest and bad services

A little too pricey, but I needed the work done quickly.

Plumber installed 6 faucets, replacing all extant faucets in 30-year old house. There were issues here and there with installing multi-types of faucets. In the end,everything worked with no leaks!

It was promot and priced fairly.
