They ran late but, got the job done easily, and the price seemed fair.

Had an appointment with them between 1 and 3 pm. At 3 they called and said their plumbers were delayed on another job and would be out first thing the next day. In actuality they did not show up until 1 pm. I had specified in my posting that I had an unspecified leak from my washing machine. Custom Plumbing came out and in less than 5 minutes said it was from the machine and not the hoses or drain. Also said they did not fix appliances, charged me $75 and left.

Quick and amazing!

I called Custom Plumbing to help with a mainline drain issue. The person I spoke to, Brad, told me that I will not be charged unless they fixed the problem. The technician came out, was not able to fix it, and demanded that I still give him the check even though it was not resolved. Brad called me and assured me that they would not cash the check unless they were able to resolve the issue. Fast forward a week later, they cash the check. I called them and was told that Brad is the office manager and is unavailable. He has not returned my calls and I have no information on why they charged me when they promised they would not. I am VERY dissatisfied.

I requested a receipt, for taxes purposes. Work was done on a rental unit, so the receipt is important for claiming a tax deductible expense. My evaluation for the value was based on the not being able to claim a $1,500+ deduction. Its about 1 1/2 weeks later and I still did not receive it.

My only issue was the gentleman who was coming apparently didn't show up for work so they were sending someone else. Almost 2 hours after my plumber was to show I called and then was told it would be about 15 more minutes before the plumber would arrive at my home. Just wish they would have let me know. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service I received.

Excellent service

They charged me 420.00 to replace a plastic box and two valves. The called another company, a restoration company which was going to charge 2,400 dollars to just dry less than a few inches of wall. They both only talked about billing the insurance co.

Didn t fix the problem... wanted $$$ to repair a simple issue. I bought an entire new water heater for nearly the price of a minor repair quoted by custom. Talk about gouging! Paid him $40 and got nothing for my $ except cold water.

Fast and efficient

Why does it cost 2% of the value of the home to get a portion of the pluming fixed? Being an old man on a fixed income I could not afford to get all that was needed done. I hope to afford to pay for another portion some day. Do you know of any way to make plumbing prices more affordable?

Justin was wonderful! I had a leak that one company quoted me double what they charged me to fix. He went above and beyond. He came out and went under my house he found a hole in the floor next to where that was he came up from below and found it was under my dishwasher, pulled it out and saw it was not properly installed in the first place and then he fixed the hole thing. Best service that I have had from anyone in a long time! He explained everything, even took my grandson under there with him to show him exactly what was going on with the pipes.
