Great work, However, I was disappointed by the extra charge for not having a cleanout. normally, I would agree to the extra charge but I had the toilet removed and the plumber had ready access. There was no reason to charge more. I called the company to discuss the matter and was told the manager would call me to discuss it. I haven't heard from them.

The associated restoration company came out quickly but was not trained properly and was a bit clueless on water damage- moisture meter and IR camera do not tell all the tale for water damage. Price was excessive for work to be done.

On time and very professional. Was extremely please with the estimate and the repair. So much so, that had them do an extra pipe repair because if was so reasonable. Even the clean up was awesome!!! Will definitely hire again.
