There were several other companies that called after my request Custom Plumbing was the most reasonably priced. Michael was very very good and timely. Thursday morning we were in contact and had an appointment Friday morning.

They went above and beyond what we needed them to do. They were fast, efficient and friendly.

The guy they sent me did quality work unfortunately it took a day longer than expected . My kitchen floor was damaged in the process . I was told by the supervisor that their guys aren't movers and not responsible for any of the damages . Overall probably would not use these people again.

Requested call before arrival twice yet Joseph showed up w/o calling first. Found pipe leak in wall initial estimate was $700-1100, ended up costing $1200. While Joseph was on site most of the time from 9-5 pm the job work was only 3 hours of that, material expense were miminal - so labor cost was over priced. Not sure I will use again based on this experience.

Donald gave me a rough estimate. Daniel did the actual repair. They were great and the job was done in a timely manner. The price was close to the estimate, and fair.

Kerwin was the plumber—called ahead of arrival so as to be prepared for installation of disposal which I THOUGHT I needed, found the leak when he arrived and quickly did the installation. Very professional.

I talked with Vince the owner... amazing person! He sent a guy the next day! I would use his company again.. and all my plumbing needs.

After devifing not to go with original plumbing company, a bump in the road regarding a hot water line slab leak, the work was done quickly and professionally.

We have been struggling with a water pressure issue for a year and Mike came in and listened to our problem and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely call them again.

Johnny and Chris were outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. They know their stuff; they know how to make it easy. We were so impressed with them. We do not know how to thank them for their service. We cannot say enough good about them and their service and company.

I do not have an issue with the work or Don the plumber who did most of the work. He's a hard worker and did a very good job! My issue is with their Management,--Their Unbelievable High prices. Their management never returned a single phone call or email. AND they did not keep their word regarding certain discounts promised and not given. We were also charged $350.00 for camera locate we were told would be at No Charge.-- I asked for a Detailed invoice showing prices for all services preformed.--After my 3rd request I finally got something that they called an invoice! WE spent several thousand dollars with this company and they could not/would not return a single phone call or answer any emails with questions regarding their invoicing. I could say much more regarding our experience but,-- I'll just say that I would NOT recommend Custom Plumbing to anyone! If you do decide to use them (shame on you!) and Get everything they say in writing!

Just because Home Advisor recommends a company, doesnt mean their employees are cleared. 2-4 of the workers were felons. Why wouldnt you tell your employees to keep their personal lives to themselves instead of telling consumers.

Came for a free consult for a bid for a single faucet and drain install. This was after cancelling 3 times the prior day. 490 dollars for a faucet and drain install with all prior hardware removed is ridiculous as I installed the other exact set up in 45 mins. Much cheaper options out there

Did an above average job. Went the extra mile. Excellent experience with your service. Would use you again.
