Contractor was prompt, efficient and professional. I am very pleased with the job done and they did a good job cleaning up.

A number of issues arose during the install, but the service man was really good about returning numerous times to get the job done right. He was very nice and prompt with taking care of things and apologetic for the problems that occurred.

The repairman came on time as promised and finished the repair in a short time. I would recommend this company.

I used them in the past and they did a good job, quality work and timely and clean. They are more expensive but was willing to pay for good service. They replaced a main sewer line and scheduling was off and they were so disrespectful of the property And left a mess. I had gotten a 2nd bid but went with them Expecting better service, didnâ t get it.

We had a very unfortunate experience with Custom. Paid to have 2 new toilets installed and everything seemed to go pretty well at first. The plumber arrived on time and seemed like a pretty nice guy. The price appeared to be reasonable as well. Fast forward about a year and we find water coming out of our ceiling (toilets installed on second floor). Had a different plumber come out (also from Custom) and he told us that the original plumber not only reused the old rusty bolts from the previous toilets, but that he also only used 1 wax ring when our floor height clearly required 2! He fixed the issue promptly and referred us to a remediation service to deal with the water damage. The next day we contacted the manager at Custom who rudely answered the phone and seemed infuriated that his employee identified their poor workmanship and told us as much. He eventually agreed to cover the costs, but it was an unpleasant encounter to say the least. As of today we are now having water coming out of the ceiling again, this time from the other toilet that Custom installed at the same time. Since we are out of their ?warranty? period I am guessing it will be coming right out of our pocket. All I can say is stay far away!

Daniel came in on a Sunday which was the same day I called. He had to go get extra parts and worked late into the evening on a Sunday with no complaints. He did a great job and I would use them again.

I would definitely recommend going with this company. They are family owned, with all the best things that come along with that. Our technician Gene was such a delight from greeting to ending of project. Smooth process and explained the whole process thoroughly.

The project took longer than expected, although the technician worked steadily and efficiently while on site, the trips to Home Depot and to get parts took a very long time, perhaps due to the Coronavirus restrictions.

He was 5 hours late, not even a call, did not wear a mask or shoe covers, smelled of smoke. Came and went 2 times, up to 30 minutes each time, and did NOT fix the problem,,,

These plumbers were very clean and got the job done quickly!

Worked on the project until it was right.
