I received excellent service from Corri and Johnny. They advised me on the proper repair path for a leaking hot water line in my homes foundation. They got me in contact with the right people and the plumbing fix was executed very well. They even addressed the probable root cause of the issue by recommending the installation of a pressure regulator valve for my home. Appreciate the thorough work.

Very timely response. Washing machine valves and drain box replaced in a very reasonable time and effort. Replaced outdoor water spigot quickly and did a very nice job. Corri was my plumber and I really enjoyed his open approach to explaining what needed to be done and describing how he would do the work.

I had a problem that needed immediate attention and this was the only company who responded out of 7 others. The plumber came promptly and understood the issue, but a particular tool was required that he did not have. He took the time to give estimates that would fix the problem. The office called later to be sure that I was satisfied with the service. Since I don't have a regular plumber I will make them my regular service and can highly recommend Custom Plumbers to anyone in need of a company who is reliable and prompt. Liz in Scottsdale

I was running at / or around 100 psi for water pressure. Needed a pressure valve installed. They came out the next day (a Saturday) and took care of it quickly. If you get an estimate from another company I recommend you send them the estimate and see how they can beat it.
