$450 for 1 hour job. I will need to replace a pipe hanger but the pipe repair was quick and very professional.

They are professional and courteous. They helped me with contacting another company for the water damage and my home insurance. Excellent plumbing work but was a little pricey.

They were honest compared to the other companies i spoke with. They even had a lower price than my home warranty program.

Hot water tank repair not resolved despite the excessive charge. Non-response to further inquiries Firepit repair done correctly but the technician had no tools for repair (used personal tools) and the charge was excessive.

We had a plumbing emergency at our Troon North condo with a rotting cast iron pipe literally decaying inside and causing a massive backup into our unit. Coordinated by their supervisor Brandon, Justin and his crew arrived on a Saturday morning less than 3 hours after we called and managed to diagnose the issue, replace the pipe and clean up by that evening. It was our second experience with Custom Plumbing and both times the service was exceptional. Highly recommend these guys.

They were very courteous and did exactly what they said they would do. I had a water main break to my house. Their price was lower than other estimates I received a couple of thousands less. I would recommend their company to anyone. A1 in my book.

The job was hard; they had to replace my water heater I live in a mobile home, my water heater is in my closet in my room, not a lot of room to work. I had a 30 Gallon, but they were able to replace it with a 40 Gallon, which actually saved me some money. It took the technician a long time because he had to change some fittings because the ones that I had were not very good, and it would not have lasted very long and could have leaked, the technician did not feel very comfortable using what I had. So the job did cost more than it normally would, because of the changes he had to make. It was high, but I understood what he did and the new water heater is much better than the old one. I am very satisfied with his work.

It was a difficult job as there was no access to the drain. They had to pull the tub and reset it a dozen times before it was correct.

The plumbers had to jackhammer through tile, foundation and remove the dirt to cut out a piece of pipe in order to remove an object . They installed new pipe in its place, replaced the dirt and concrete.

The Pro quickly diagnosed the source of a leak under the kitchen sink - loose joints - and tightened them without charging me for the courtesy call. This is a company I value for their honesty, professionalism and quality service. It's very customer-oriented. I'll definitely hire them again.

Honest and ethical after another plumbing company came in and wanted to charge me over 1,000 dollars to install 3 faucets, I decided to install myself with the help of my daughter. Completed the job except had a question and Custom plumbing came to the house and answered my question and there was no charge. I would call them back for what ever I need next time because they were honest and that means more to me than anything.

The old galvanized water main to my house started leaking and I had to shut off the water at the street. They were the lowest of three bids. They showed up on Saturday as promised and completed the work in one day. The workman was friendly and very hard working. When he was finished the front yard looked like it had never been dug up. I couldnâ t be more satisfied.

Only place that showed up in person to give a quote. All others only quote over phone. Called multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Great company!
