We also had a water leak and they were able to repair the leak with great skill. I will use them again for the remodel of our bathroom and kitchen. They are a very good company!

I think I was overcharged. After talking with others I think they saw an old guy using a walker so they charged me a lot. My stupidity. I should have gotten other quotes. They did the work okay.

The water drained until my daughter-in-law went to use the dishwasher and then it started again. I paid $150 for basically nothing. Being a plumber he should have tried to put the dishwasher on to see if it worked as the pipes are all connected. My daughter-in-laws neighbor who was visiting her, at the time took the pipes apart and took two buckets of crap out of the pipes. Thank God for the neighbor as my daughter-in-law had just come home from the hospital that same day and really didn't need to deal with this mess. I am not happy with what he did for $150 as it really only fixed the drain running freely until the dishwasher was started. Sorry, I didn't call the neighbor and pay her. Yes a female unclogged the dishwasher!!!

We had a water sottner installed. From requesting an estimate to completion was timely and professional. Between Devon, Aaron, and Brady, the experience was very satisfying. We will call this company for any future plumbing and cooling needs.

The garbage disposal was the reason for the clog and they waived the service call fee and installed a new disposal. It was a very good experience and we would call them again.

In the middle of the night on a weekend our pipe broke in our ceiling. We contacted home advisor and at 7:00 AM on a Saturday we were contacted by Custom Plumbing. Aaron was the gentleman who came to our home. He was professional, knowledgeable. Highly recommend him! We would use them again.

Custom Plumbing was a great experience! Jeff the owner, as well as the staff are very customer service orientated. My repair was a quick fix and the technician even showed me what to do in the event it happens again! :) They also do a free inspection of your water heater and gave me some good advise there. Highly recommend!
