Once we accepted their bid and gave them a deposit to get on their calendar, everything from that point on went horribly wrong. Two start dates were missed and we were never called with any explanation. My calls went unanswered, so I ended up emailing and faxing everyday with the owner until the work was completed. When they finally got the work done, the granite and curbing went down fine, as did the smattering of plants, but we were given the bottom of the barrel in sod and our sprinkler system leaks, which has drowned what healthy grass existed. It has been such a struggle just getting the bare minimum done that I have hesitated to call them back to fix the problems they created. This has been one of the worst experiences with landscape designers I have experienced and I will never work with them again.
