 + -1 moreTHE FIELD WORKER WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL, BUT THE OFFICE IS VERY POORLY RUN. THEY GAVE ME A TWO TO THREE WEEK WINDOW FOR SCHEDULING THAT TURNED INTO SIX WEEKS. THAT WAS OKAY. WHAT WAS NOT OKAY WAS A NO SHOW ON THE SCHEDULED DATE AND NO CALL AHEAD OF TIME TO TELL ME. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT THEY WERE GOING TO RESCHEDULE ME. I GOT A REFUND AND CANCELLED MY ORDER.
Description of Work: THE WORK THAT WAS TO BE PERFORMED WAS TWO WROUGHT IRON SIDE GATES AND SOME FENCING IN SEVERAL SECTIONS OF MY BLOCK WALL. I CANCELLED THE ORDER AFTER THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAY AND NO ONE CALLED ME AHEAD OF TIME TO INFORM ME THAT THEY NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE MY JOB. THE PART OWNER, TROY, WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME PERSONALLY ABOUT THE SITUATION. THE OFFICE SCHEDULER WAS VERY RUDE. I REQUESTED SOME SORT OF DISCOUNT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY CAUSED ME BY NOT GIVING ME 24-HOUR NOTICE THAT I HAD TO BE RESCHEDULED. THEY REFUSED ANY TYPE OF COMPENSATION AND, AS I'VE ALREADY SAID, THE PART OWNER, TROY, WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE COURTESY OF HIS TIME ON THE PHONE.

 + -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS MIXED. THE GATE WAS WELL MADE, BUT THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION ON THE COLOR, AND WHEN IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED. THEY DID OFFER TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE GATE FREE OF CHARGE.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE OUT OF THE TWO OTHER BIDS I RECEIVED. THEY FIT THE GATE TO THE EXACT SPECIFICATIONS. THEY DID THE JOB ON TIME WITH NO PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT AND INSTALLED ONE 4 FT SINGLE SIDE YARD GATE.
