See above. The Technician explained what was going to be done and promptly returned each time we told her there was a squirrel in one of the traps.

They were great. I did not pay for the services. The HOA paid for the service. I would highly recommend them. They were used for roof rats, specifically like pigeons. They do other things too. They started service in August of last year. It was an ongoing kind of thing. I don't know the cost because it was through the HOA. I did not hire them personally. They were very good based on my interaction with them.

No issues. Service was on time and they did what they said they would do.

So far, they seem to have fixed the issue. Our home is no longer experiencing activity. :-) From start to finish, each team member I spoke to was professional, respectable and thorough. I'm happy with our decision to hire them. I think they are experts in the field and provide quality work.

When hearing the scritch-scratch of roof rats in our attic space, we wanted experts on the job. We did our research and called numerous companies before settling on Critter Tech. Our reasons: Critter Tech isn't an insect extermination company that just happens to do rats, too--these people know critters, and their price is competitive with other companies that lack similar warranty services. Critter Tech offered a year's warranty (a company offering 30 days of warranty on a rat problem is offering you no warranty at all). Jason did the initial attic inspection, took pictures, explained what he saw and what that meant as far as how they would approach the problem. With a combination of trapping and continual inspection by Tony and Destiny to seal up possible entry points over several weeks, our problem was gone. Fast forward through several months of quiet and, once the weather turned colder, we could hear that the rats had made their way inside the attic again. One call and Critter Tech was here again. After diligent work by Jason, Tony, and Destiny over several weeks of trapping and inspecting, they discovered the new entry the rats had chewed into our roof. Now that this is sealed, we should be hearing the last of the rats very soon. However, if the rats chew their way in again, I know Critter Tech will keep at it until the problem is solved. Here's the thing: People happily pay companies to come spray to kill scorpions, crickets, etc. Do they expect to pay for one visit and have their problem solved, never a scorpion to be seen again? No, they pay on a monthly basis to ensure the population that continues to live around their home is kept under control. Why, then, is it expected that rat abatement is any different? If you expect a company to take care of your roof rat issue in just one visit, you are being unrealistic--you might as well go buy lottery tickets because you must be just that lucky. These animals breed like nobody's business and, if they are in your roof, they are living throughout your neighborhood; no company can eradicate rodents from an entire neighborhood. The sad reality is that roof rats are here in the Valley to stay. What Critter Tech can and does do is track and trap the rats to get them out of your attic and home and seal your home so the rats can no longer infiltrate from the outside. Why does it sometimes take a while to find that rat entry point? Considering that rats can get into your home through an opening the size of a quarter, it can be difficult to find an entry under roof tiles, eaves, overhangs, foundations, and such (if it were a neon-lit entryway with a red carpet, we could find it ourselves, now couldn't we?). You can do everything in your power to make sure your property is as unattractive as possible to rodents, but if they live in your neighborhood and your house has an opening, your home is fair game. Everyone I've interacted with at the company is professional, friendly, prompt, courteous, and absolutely motivated to solve the problem. Vicky is wonderful about scheduling inspections and trap checks around my schedule, calling with and emailing reminders, and returning phone calls. Critter Tech comes when they say they will, and they do what they say they will do. On the last day of our year warranty we will happily write Critter Tech a check for another year of service to provide us with peace of mind and the ability to call them back at any time. Worth. Every. Penny.

Well. As per the warranty they preformed the work as per expectation

They removed the bees and caught the critter. After a period to ensure no other critters were present they sealed the openings. They also worked well with other venders who were doing work at the time.

Critter Tech came several times a week for three weeks and informed me they were sure they had taken care of the problem. Jason was the tech and spoke with us each time he came to update us on the progress. The final step was to seal any and all openings to the attic. So far, so good. We would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Mix up on which house to do as I have more than one, sprayed the outside of my house before we caught the mix up( which was actually ok it was due) but it was the other house that was having problem down the street. They went there and sprayed. My tenant said he sees an occasional sewer roach now but they are always dead. We worked out a deal for half of price of coupon to cover spraying of outside of other house. I was pleased with how it was handled and the outcome. I appreciated the cooperative ness and the ok here is what happened and how do we make this work. I would use again.

They were very responsive. They helped alleviate my concerns that I had a rat pack in the yard/roof.

I've had a recurring problem with many types of critters and have had (before Critter Tech) three other companies that "guaranteed eradication". They all failed with quickly returning varmints. Critter tech spent hours upon hours going over the entire premises, closing all entry points, setting various forms of traps, and continually monitored and reevaluated the "threat situation". It took over a year but they're finally gone and I can again sleep at night. Their technicians and Jason (the owner) were concerned, punctual, courteous, and intensely interested in making sure that I was satisfied and the critters were eliminated. They never gave up even though at times I thought it was a lost cause. Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone and would gladly use them again. They are an outstanding group of people with a great business model. JIM

Exterminator was fine. Office response couldn't have been better.

HAD A TALK WITH THESE HONEST PEOPLE WHO TOLD ME THERE IS NO PREVENTION FOR WOODPECKERS. GRATEFUL FOR THEIR HONESTY, AND ALSO FOR THEIR SUGGESTIONS

It was great came right out I was having invasion of crickets in one Bath, I culd not find entrance. They sprayed onec and all were gone inside and out. Very pleased with service.

Because we'd poisoned the rats before calling Critter Ridder, we had dead rats in the attic, too. Though we could smell them in the house for 10 days or so, Critter Ridder couldn't locate or remove them from the attic. They did trap a few on the roof. After a couple weeks, they rodent-proofed the house so no others should be able to get in.

The service person arrived during the time span promised and was professional & friendly. He inspected the yard for gopher tunnels, then placed baits below ground. We'll watch for any further holes and call back for another treatment at a lower price.

Jesse has been very professional while being open for our questions. He's there on time and we're really happy with him and Critter Ridders. We had several bids and selected them even though they weren't the lowest bidder. Jason gave us confidence that they would do things right the first time.

It all worked out very well.

Excellent company! I can't stress it enough. My wife and I have been battling rats for months. We hired other companies but none of them could resolve our problem. We called Critter Ridder and Jason came out to our home and quickly found the problem. He had his technicians get right to work and after a few of days (and many captured rats), we are delighted to say we no longer have any rats issues! Thank you Critter Ridder for an outstanding job!

There was a lack of communication. After they set the traps they never got in touch with us we had to get a hold of them. We also had to do some additional sealing to our home it wasn't fully sealed.

They have done a great job and I am happy so far with them. There is an improvement with the problem. The price seems a lot but if they get the job done it would have been worth it.

Found a large rattlesnake by pool equipement. Later saw that there were two. Called company. They came when indicated. Removed the snakes. Paid and they left with snakes.

They were great; I really enjoyed working with them. They were completely honest in their assessment and did not try to sell me services that I did not really need. They did not charge me anything to come out.
