Worst experience in my life. I was lied to and my money was taken. We received a quote from Michael Scott about $6,000. And was told that each payment would be done installments as the work went on but they took it all in one day before the work really got started. I had an employee go up in the attic to set up the raccoon trap he came out and told me that he did not find any feces in my attic at all. I was excited because then I didn't have to come up with $2,000 to have it cleaned. He then go outside call somebody comes back in and goes in my attic and comes back out of my attic and says oh it was over here I missed a spot. Oh who did you talk on the phone to? I said you lied to me and you all been lying to me. At this point they'd already gotten my $2,000 on top of the other four. I had a few different employees coming to my house never on time would call me out of the blue and say oh I'm on my way never even knew they were coming. And I said have you guys caught any raccoons yet he said what we're catching raccoons? I said yes that's what we are catching he said these are mouse chops out here. Are you kidding me I said no we're catching raccoons. I told them I've had enough of them I was exhausted I was mentally drained it was during COVID My husband had gone through cancer treatment I was shot I didn't even want to see him no more and told him to get rid of the contract I was done but they still got my money I just wasn't paying the yearly annual fees no more. So take your money and run somewhere else and run far and fast from critter control.

Our regular pest control service referred to us to Critter Control to handle an unexpected bee problem. Two small holes were made on the side of our home near the air conditioners (unknown as to how holes were made) and bees had started to move in. Critter Control was very responsive and was at our home the next day. Our technician was Tyler Davis who was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and most important, he eliminated our problem. He thoroughly explained the process to remedy the situation, injected repellent and sealed their points of entry. He told us to expect some bees would still be in the area for 2 to 4 days. There were a few for 2 days and we have been bee-free since. Would definitely recommend this company and would request Tyler for service.

William came out and offered me lost of suggestions on how to catch the animal myself with live traps, without pushing me to buy any service. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitively hire them in the future if I cannot solve the problem.

The next morning, the trap snapped with the gopher inside. I called them and they came out to remove the animal. Took care of the problem immediately.

Great job! They were very responsive and knowledgable. The technician, Casey, was excellent. He explained everything and did a thorough inspection of the property to insure our efforts to rabbit-proof the yard were successful. The traps used were humane and no rabbits were harmed! Casey came promptly to pick them up and release them into the wilderness. We are no rabbit free!!!

Completely great experience, and while it may seem a bit on the high side in price, it was totally worth it.

From the beginning of calling their office, Kristen displayed a great measure of professionalism and was able to help troubleshoot our critter problem. She asked a lot of important questions about the type of house/environment we live in so she could better assess the situation. In a timely manner she dispatched the local technician that services our area. I cannot say enough about how helpful the entire Critter Control team is. I would call them again if we have critter control problems. They were able to resolve our issue. Thank you very much!

Casey was very professional. We were out of town when he performed the work but he kept us informed as to the status of the job. We felt he was very trustworthy and helpful.

The gentleman was informative, congenial and easy to work with. His visit was done in a timely manner, explained the situation, costs and what to expect. Inquired as to what we had personally experienced and surmised from our conversation that we were probably dealing with a squirrel that hopefully had not delivered its' young but could be more than one.

The guys from Critter Control were very professional and capable. They diagnosed the problem, the degree of infestation and damage and were pretty close to the estimate initally given.

Job was done quickly and efficiently, and the problem was eliminated in about 2 weeks.

Wire mesh was used by the business owner/operator on the roof to complete the job. Work was done on a Saturday but entry inside the house was not required; all work was done on the roof. Original cost estimate was $100 higher than final cost. There is a 1 year guarantee on the work, and success will be determined over that period of time.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY UNDERSTOOD OUR PROBLEM AND RECOMMENDED THE EASIEST WAY TO CATCH ONE OF THESE CRITTERS. THEY SCOUTED THE AREA AND PLACED TRAPS WHERE IT WOULD HAVE THE BEST CHANCES FOR SUCCESS. THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH, HOWEVER, HE WAS HERE WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER PLACING THE CALL. NICE JOB!
