I was fortunate to find movers at the end of the month who were available to get my things from the UPACK terminal and into my apartment on very short notice! Mirko andErik were my movers and I couldn't have asked for better movers! Super professional and prompt and moved everything where I wanted it to be and would move things when I would want them moved. They even fixed my incorrectly placed hooks on my couch sectional to be connected correctly! I was so grateful and very impressed with their work. I'm still unpacking but so glad they were able to move everything into the rooms where I needed the unpacking process to be most efficient. I highly recommend using this company and plan to do so if I ever move again!

These guys were very fast and professional.

They used so much packing paper which was unnecessary. We were charged for the paper as well. They would wrap unbreakable items and we even had a mountain of paper in one of of our bed rooms. They used a small truck and had to make two trips for our move. The price was very high due to them packing for us.

Crew was courteous & friendly. They packed most of our belongings on 6/20 and moved us on 6/21. I called their office on 6/25 to report some damage to an oak bookcase, I was told that they would have someone contact me to repair the damage. I had not heard from anyone by 7/24 so I called their office again. At that time I was told they had given my contact information to the repair company they use and were surprised I hadn't been contacted. Thinking they may have my contact information wrong they asked me to email all my contact information to them, which I did that day. By 8/12 I still had not heard from anyone so I called again, they could not explain why I had not been contacted and asked if they could call me back in about 10 minutes after they talked to their repair company. It has now been over 48 hours and I still have not heard back. At this point even if they got back to me I would not let them take my furniture out of my home because I would not know when I would get it back.

Great to work with for planning over a three day period of moves. Called ahead of arrival (and on time), always worked hard and asked good questions about some items that needed our decision. This is the second time in two years I have used Creative Movers. And did I mention, this was done in 110+ degree heat!

They were great! Even though I had to reschedule twice, they didn't mind, and did a great job packing and loading my parents possessions for the move. Everything arrived intact. They were punctual, efficient, and well organized. My sister and I didn't have to lift a finger, and we had a professionally packed truck to drive. I highly recommend

I would definitely use Creative Moving and Packing again if I ever need a moving company to move me and my family. They were very friendly and professional.

On Thursday, July 26th three strong young men arrived at our home to begin the progression to our new home. They were a little late, but began quickly working to cover, wrap, and pack our furniture into their storage carriers. We were delighted with the care and handling they used as our things were secured and packed into the containers. We did have a lot of heavy furniture and they were careful and gentle with everything. Since several of the pieces where very large an extra truck with two more men was called in to take the overflow. Grass did not grow under anyone's feet - they all worked professionally, quickly and effectively. After storing our things for a week, on August 2, everything was delivered to our new home. Five guys again showed up to unload and place our things in their new rooms. Again they worked quickly and efficiently. As soon as the extra truck and all the big pieces were unloaded three of the men took off to complete another move for someone else. All of them thanked us for using them and they were all very hard-working. Two men stayed to finish with the smaller pieces, assemble the beds and other things that needed assembly. They were all extremely professional, polite, caring, hard-working, and fun to work with. They made our move so much more pleasant then it could have been. I was really concerned and checked Creative Moving and Packing on Angie's List reading all of the reviews, as well as the Better Business Bureau, and other internet sites. I had some good things I didn't want damaged, so I was pretty nervous. Conrad Martinez, the owner of Creative Moving and Packing was also very professional and caring. We would certainly use his company again and recommend him to others we know in need of his services. Thank you gentlemen! May your company continue to grow and prosper!

At the new house we found the contractors were STILL working and it wasn't quite ready for habitation yet. Somehow this group of guys got us into the new house without getting paint on the furniture, the floors or themselves! It was nearly a miracle but they did it. Marcos and the gang worked for hours, did a great job, didn't complain about the heat that nearly killed me, and actually were surprised and said "thank you" when we bought them a couple of Pizza's for lunch one of the days! If we were to be "candid" to the extreme, many local and National movers hire "casual labor" that is often untrained, put them in a uniform, and call them movers. At $10/hr they're being generously paid (I'm trying to be nice about it here...) but frankly these "casual laborers" often look more like they've just been plucked out of a police line-up or a drunk tank, than like movers! That wasn't the case with the guys at CREATIVE MOVING. They introduced themselves, all spoke great English and didn't seem put upon for needing to do so, since my Spanish is almost non-existent. They were polite, well trained, groomed and dressed appropriately, and everything you'd hope the guys handing all your possessions would be! Most of all, they were just plain nice. Good guys you would be happy to have in your home as a friend. With all the packing (and I mean ALL of it) materials, boxes, padding, shrink wrap, etc., (we didn't pack a thing, remember) - these men filled up two full moving vans, stored the one overnight, and then got us and our possessions into the new house on schedule. AMAZING! Nothing was destroyed. Nothing is missing. These guys actually care about their jobs, their professional image, and the company they work for. They are efficient, neat, polite, and good at what they do! Believe me, in the world of pro movers, these men are the EXCEPTION and not the rule, nor anywhere near average. They were, to a man, better - by orders of magnitude than any previous move we've had (and that's saying quite a lot!!) Would I recommend them? H*** YES! Personally, I'D USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT, TOO! It's hard to find words to tell you just how good the whole (daunting) experience was! They are EXCELLENT. No two ways about it. The total price came in just a couple of hundred over the high estimate (which never counted on three working days or two trucks and crews) and the crew we had made it all look easy! (It wasn't! But they made it seem that way, somehow!) For the level of service and the work they did, the price was fair. Very fair. My ONLY concern is that some big moving company will figure out how good this company is and will buy them out. But until that happens, if you want the best local move you'll ever experience then call Conrad at Creative Movers, LLC. Change your moving date if you must, but don't settle for 2nd or 3rd rate companies. If you want the best, this is the place to call. You can rest easy knowing that they'll do it right and on time and at a fair price without gouging their customers as many "less-than-reputable movers" here in AZ seem to specialze in doing. Frankly, I didn't expect this level of service and professionalism from a local mover. But they can hands-down out-perform the big boys, and then some! And while not the cheapest guys in town, they do offer good value for the money, great service, and they're good at what they do, too. What more can you ask for? If you want a personal reference, Conrad has my permission to give out my number to potential clients. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company and the guys who moved us. The whole experience could not have been better, IMHO.

The three man crew called first thing in the morning and showed up when they said. They had all the packing material needed and carefully packed all items and boxed them. All furniture was protected and carefully handled. This crew worked well together and individually they were experienced and cared about the quality of their work. I was amazed at how well they organized the loading and unloading of the boxes and furniture. they got everything to fit into the storage locker quickly and efficiently. Although a tad expensive, I felt like I got the quality service for that cost. I will call them back to move back into house after remodeling project.

Overall they made this move as painless as possible.

The three men arrived on time - if not a bit early. They were all personable, helpful and focused on the job at hand. Each person was courteous and eager to make this a pleasant experience - and if moving can ever be called "pleasant" - they made it so. No a thing was lost or damaged. My things were packed on a Thursday and moved the following day. I would highly recommend Creative Movers to anyone.

The Best of the Best ? Highly Recommended! Conrad is a true pleasure to work with. He is a consummate professional who obviously cares about running his company to a very high standard and providing outstanding customer service. He and his crew are pleasant, conscientious and an overall pleasure to deal with. They showed up as scheduled, got to work and with great care packed and moved my furniture and belongings into storage. The peace of mind knowing that I am dealing with such a professional company and that my belongings will be handled thoughtfully and carefully is priceless, as well.

Robert, Jessie, and everyone, came on time, and delivered on time. They were very accommodating, and pleasant, even though it was degrees heat when they packed up, and delivered. The price was a little higher than others, but well worth it. I would highly recommend this company ! "4 STARS"

Creative Moving was excellent on the phone. They gave an approximate quote and stayed slightly under it. A crew of four men and two trucks arrived on time and ready to go. They completely wrapped all of our furniture, tv's, and even gave us wardrobe boxes for our hanging items. They took a half an hour lunch (off the clock) and completed the job. At our new residence they wrapped the banister, covered our entry tile and made every effort to avoid bumping our walls. Most impressive was how they treat you. They are professional and courteous, they even allowed my teenagers to help and made them feel like they were apart of the crew. I didn't believe that moving could be this stress free. They were truly excellent!

The move went smoothly, they showed up on time, worked quickly despite scorching temperatures, and moved everything quickly without anything being broken.

This is the best moving company I have had! Conrad is the owner and arranged our moving date. His brother and two other movers arrived at our U-Haul storage first and put those items on the truck. Then they followed me over to my house. The head guy packed up my kitchen very well. The other two moved furniture and boxes and a large plasma tv. They were smiling and kind and good listeners. They had their own water on the truck and were offering me water instead of the other way around. When they unloaded at the new house they paid attention to where the boxes and items needed to go. Lastly, they had to take the storage items to the new storage facility. They were very, very good at managing the best way to stack and store the items in the facility so it would all fit. I loved these guys! They were awesome!

They were terrific. There was some scheduling problem. I thought they were coming; they didn't even have it on their calendar. In order to accommodate me, the owner of the company came. They got me moved just fine, and the guy was wonderful. I think they are the best mover that I ever had. Nothing was damaged during the moving. I didn't even check their price; I just checked their rating.

I sold a large home with a 3 1/2 week deadline to get out. ( 18 years of STUFF). I thought I could get most of the packing done without help from the movers...boy I was wrong. Conrad and his team did a fabulious job no matter what I threw at them, even last minute. I ended up moving into a 2,000 sq. ft. house, with extra boxes moved to my garage, and 2 large 20x30 storage rooms. They didn't even flinch when I panicked, but kept reassuring me It will all get done. The customer service was exellent. I honestly could not have done it without them.. No one else would have been so accommodating, with such calmness. I can't say enough about this team, their customer service and professionalism is outstanding! Something we desperately need in todays world. I have recommended them to friends and family who have used them and feel the same way. A definate 5 STAR recommendation in all areas!

Everything went well. They really went the extra mile and did things that other movers hadn't done previously.

They did a great job. They were on time, took care of everything they were doing, and took apart all furniture that needed it (including crib) and reassembled. The team was respectful and polite and couldn't be more happy with them. Will use them again. Thanks!
