Awesome! From the initial phone call where I explained that I was hiring them to move my elderly parents, the owner assured me that they would be treated respectfully and he would send out his best men. He seemed to have done just that. They arrived on time, explained the costs thoroughly and we very courteous. My parents furniture is very modest, but they treated it as though they were handling antiques. They wrapped all the furniture, protected walls and door jambs from scuffing, etc. The move in to the new apartment went even faster. From arriving to leaving was just about three hours. They charge a one hour destination charge and then the remainder was based on 2.75 hours (they didn't even round up!). They gave my parents a 10% senior discount and we didn't even ask. All total it 281.25. We gave them a sizable tip for the outstanding work they did. When I move or anyone in our family who saw what a good job they did, will certainly use them in the future.

I spoke with Conrad and arranged for his crew to arrive at 8:00 am. At about 7:00 am, he called to say that one of his crew had a family emergency so he was shorthanded. As a result, he would not be able to start until approximately noon or so. However, he indicated that he would have a 3 man crew, but still charge for the 2 man crew as originally quoted. They showed up and immediately got to work. I was amazed at how quickly they moved. But at the same time, they took very good care of my furniture and belongings. All of the guys were very pleasant to work with despite the fact that it was about 115 degrees that day. They got everything moved and put in place in my new home but stayed longer (at no extra charge) to put together a wall unit which has always been difficult to assemble. Given the fact that this particular piece of furniture was not assembled prior to the move, I have to say that Conrad and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely use them again!
