The owner arrived on-time to survey the job and provided a competitive quote. They did not require any payment until the work was completed, which is unusual for contractors. They actually started a week earlier than anticipated, and completed the work on schedule. Workers were very professional, and demonstrated excellent workmanship. They were very diligent about keeping paint off the landscaping, patio floor, pool deck and even covered the pool with plastic. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. We are very pleased with the results.

The paint crew was outstanding in their attention to detail and meticulous preparation and final touchups. Very punctual and professional in their work and their clean up afterwards.

They offer three different quality levels of Dunn-Edwards paints to select from. Assistance was given during the selection of paint colors which included painting selected colors on the side of house for a better appreciation of what the colors will actually look like. They handled sending all the final paint samples and paperwork to the HOA and I was copied on those communications. Preparation and painting process went smoothly and finished in three days. Crew was polite and efficient. There was no overspray on windows or patio from the painting but there were paint chips in the back patio area that I swept up.I definitely recommend Crash of Rhinos and would use them again.

We are very pleased with the refurbished and carefully painted house. COR painters and repairers were very careful to protect our furniture and landscaping. Everything was taped and any drops were removed. It looks like a new house. You won't be sorry if you choose COR!

My husband and I were so impressed with Mike and Kim Ricker's company! We would give them a '10' if we could!!! They provide customer service and professionalism that is second to none, it was seamless from our first meeting with Mike (who is a great guy who is doing good things in the world besides painting houses) and weekly updates from Kim letting us know we were on track for our project. They also have an great crew who did an excellent job, there was not a drop of paint anywhere afterwards and again that level of professionalism. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for exterior painting.

Job Estimate and Proposal was thoroughly explained; price was competitive. No money up front; check/cash due on completion - AND my satisfaction. They have a professional color consultant and coordinator and can assist with HOA approval. Contract was professional and thorough - fair to both parties. Selection of colors was checked and double-checked to make sure there were no mistakes. House was pressure washed thoroughly (note: contract clearly states that window washing after the job is NOT included; suggest that you have it scheduled as the power-washing does leave the windows spotty). Started and completed on time. Thorough job of masking and covering patio furniture, pavers, etc. Other items were moved out of the way and covered. The team lead/site manager introduced himself to us and kept us updated as to progress, daily start times, and any last-minute questions that came up (e. g., do you want the flag holder painted?). Paint quality was as specified, and thoroughly and carefully applied. Twice the team lead's supervisor came by to inspect and check with us as to our satisfaction. Job was completed when promised; they did a thorough job cleaning up. Final inspection conducted and then payment. All in all a good experience and good value. The owner Mike and his wife Kim were responsive, thorough, and always followed up; there were no loose end.

I received a bid for an exterior paint job from Crash of Rhinos, and unfortunately our conflicting schedules did not allow me the opportunity to use them as I needed the job performed earlier than they were available. Although my experience with them is limited, I was thoroughly impressed with both Mike and Kim the owners. Mike arrived at our scheduled appointment right on time, was very thorough and explained exactly how his crew would prep and paint the house as well as materials to be used. He provided a folder with their logo on it that included copies of general liability insurance, paint information, a VERY detailed written scope of work, etc. I received five other paint bids and hands down Mike was the most professional. I have no doubt they would have done an outstanding job. I was not only impressed with Mike, but his wife Kim was outstanding. Even though I was not using them for my job, I emailed Kim and asked for addresses of homes they had painted in my two possible color choices. I had narrowed it down to two colors and painted samples on my house, but I wanted to see the color on a large scale. Kim provided the addresses immediately and was conscious about giving me addresses on my side of town to save on drive time. Once I saw one of my possible colors on a large scale, I realized it was way too light and the second color ended up being perfect. Awesome customer service!!

.One of the owners, Mike, responded to my purchase of an Angie's deal promptly. He worked around my schedule and did an inspection soon after our first call. He made a video of the entire exterior of the house with comments on problem areas. As promised his wife called me and we discussed scheduling and color scheme The crew showed up on time. Kim sent me a copy of the job sheet by e-mail for my review and approval before the job. On the scheduled day the crew showed up on time and went right to work. They powerwashed, made repairs and applied the paint. On the second day they completed the painting and cleaned up the yard. They walked me through inspection and quickly corrected a few missed spots in the detail work. I was quite please with the work, price and communication with everyone I talked to from Crash of Rhinos. Great name by the way.

What a wonderful experience. From scheduling the estimate appointment to the finished work, everyone was professional but friendly. The prep work was very thorough and they took great care to protect the artificial turf in my yard. The entire job took three days and every night they cleaned up the area before they left. They did an excellent job with the "patch" work required on both the fascia and the stucco prior to painting. I also have a large, curvy stucco planter wall that goes across the full width and about 18 feet up the side of my back yard, which they patched and painted. This required some expert taping when they put down the plastic to protect the turf. In addition, I have an AlumaWood patio cover that cannot be painted (it invalidates the warranty) so they had to use care when painting the eaves and fascia connected to the cover. I am very pleased with the way everything turned out and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their home painted.

After we selected the colors with the help of Kim it went very quickly. The crew arrived early on every morning and worked hard. They power washed the house, scraped loose paint, taped doors and windows and did a wonderful job with the paint. There was one area that needed a touch-up after they finished and they returned and fixed the area. I highly recommend Crash of Rhinos Painting.

Every interaction we had with this company was professional and kind, from the initial estimate to the final result. They keep you updated on the timing of your job, and they finish the job on time. Super responsive to questions and concerns. The house looks great, and another contractor that we had here for some bathroom work even mentioned that the paint job looked great. I would rate the service as excellent. I contracted Crash of Rhinos to paint the exterior of my home in Peoria. Job was completed on time without delay or continuous interruption. Paint crew always informed me of what time they planned to be at my home and also notified me of any problems. The actual painting was completed without any missed spots (at least as far as I could tell) and the work area was cleaned when paint crew left the work site. Owner and admin staff of Crash of Rhinos always contacted me and we're very helpful in selecting the proper paint quality and color to ensure I would be satisfied. From beginning to right now, we are very pleased with the performance of this company. The appointment for the estimate was right on time and, as we walked through, questions were asked and answered thoroughly. The written estimate was sent via email as promised. We had some back and forth -- more questions and answers and I requested some added services. Their color consultant visited me to confirm all details of my color selections and the estimate was amended and we were ready to go. We agreed upon a tentative date of service. About a week prior to the planned service date I was given a call and asked if I would be available for my job to start sooner. A job originally scheduled had been put on hold. The newer, earlier date worked fine for me and I awaited their crew. The crew arrived right on time and went about their business preparing the home for paint. The crew leader explained in detail how they would proceed and that's exactly what happened. My job took about two days, as expected. The jobsite was cleaned and neat prior to the crew leaving. Before the crew left we did a walk around and noticed a couple of things that needed a little touch up and that was done. I was also invited to take another look later and, if we found anything else, just to let them know. We did take another look and found a couple of other small items we would like corrected. After calling the company, I have an appointment for this week for their supervisor to visit and go over my problems. I don't have any doubt that corrections will be made to my satisfaction. From the beginning and throught the process, the team was very professional. They followed up with us and reviewed the details which we wanted. They were even able to schedule us before our company arrived. The team of workmen were punctual and extremely hardworking. They did an excellent job. Even though we did not change the color of the paint, the house looks amazing! I would highly recommend this company.

Both Mike and Kim were very professional, patient and kind. It was a big job and was done in 4 days and Kim put in a lot of time to help me decide what colors to paint the house. The crew knows what they are doing, the paint looks awesome and not a drop of paint is anywhere is not supposed to be. I am very pleased and would use them again in a heart beat. The work was excellent. The house was "prepped" the day before the actual painting - including a power wash, stucco repair, minor repair around the garage door, etc. The actual painting was done in a very professional manner. The house looks brand new! You will not find a better painting company - especially at these very reasonable prices. Kudos for the Rhinos!

Contacted them over Angie list. They were quick to call me and schedule the initial meeting. Mike came over and did a walk thru and then said that he will email me an estimate. Gave me an estimate that would make the entire exterior of the house look perfect. With the repairs needs, the warranty included and the highest quality paint; the price was the best that I received. The best part was no money was needed until the job was done. Kim who manages communication kept in constant touch and it was not like I signed the contract and they forgot about me, I kept receive constant updates on the schedule. On the scheduled day, the crew arrived and explained what they were going to do and did the power washing, initial prep work, fixing stucco, repairing the patio ceiling; Everything was taped and covered. They painted the side gates and the wood was removed and new material was installed, old garage lining was removed and new one installed and sealed. Painting happened over the next two day. Final touch up on the 4th day and it was like they were not there at all, every thing was cleaned and the house looked good as new. I called them for a minor work on the light fixture and they came back and took care of me. Awesome, hassle free, professional guys to work with.

This was a wonderful experience. Always on time. Respectful workers - who pay attention to the details. Scheduled this painting a couple of months in advance and they followed up with me each week to confirm all colors and details. Job went off without a hitch. I am very, very pleased with their service. I would recommend this company for all your painting needs.

There was about a six week delay from the time I accepted the bid until they were able to perform the work, but they did the work on schedule and I was very happy with the results. When a mistake was made with the color of one of the paints, they went out of their way to correct the problem.

IT DIDN'T GO ANY FURTHER THAN MIKE LOOKING AT THE JOB, SAYING HE'D SEND ME PROPOSAL, THEN A COUPLE WEEKS LATER EMAILING THAT HE WAS VERY BUSY AND DID I STILL WANT THE PROPOSAL, SOMETHING LIKE THAT. IF MIKE WANTED THE WORK, HE'D HAVE DONE THE ESTIMATE. IT WAS A SMALL JOB (THE OTHER QUOTES WERE FROM $1550 TO $2000). I THINK CRASH OF RHINOS PREFERS CONCENTRATING ON LARGE JOBS.

Outstanding service before and during the job. Good communication and made the whole thing very easy for me. They even submitted painting proposal to my HOA for me. Finished product looks great, too!

They own the company and are directly involved in all phases of the operation. I appreciated the ongoing contact regarding scheduling of their services so that it would work with my schedule. I had spoken to a few companies but I liked the responsiveness of Rhinos. First, I was visited by the owner of the company. He reviewed the house and told me exactly the process that would be accomplished, when it could be done, the length of time it would take and more importantly, what the warranty was. We did a little negotiating and we settled on $4500. Before they started, we were contacted by phone and email to make sure that we picked the right paint and had approval from the HOA. They stayed on top of this and we actually picked colors and then changed our mind and picked alternatives. Their process was accomplished and the house looked like new. One other part of this story is that we had to be out of town before they finished and they waited until we came back for the inspection and their payment. The house was amazing, everything that they promised they accomplished and it looked great. About a week ago, my wife was on the upper deck and she noticed that at the top of the fence, they had missed a few areas. This is the really good part of the story. We called and they were out and the fixes were made within two days. As we were in the process of selling the house, we were especially thankful for this. Great job and an excellent team. We have saved their card for the next time.

I had questions and the responses were prompt. The crew that came out to do the work was on time and the work was done with very good quality. They were friendly and competent - they did a good job and I am happy with the entire experience
