They are terrific. From the first step when they came to look at our property and took many pictures in order to plan what needed doing to the the power washing and prep work to the actual painting. The attention to detail was amazing. The quality and friendliness of the workers was great. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. I got weekly update email as the date for the painting grew closer. They are rightfully very popular so we had to wait a bit before we could get the work done. Their price was fair. If you are looking for a reputable honest company to paint your house, look no further. Crash of Rhinos is the best.

Excellent experience. Quoting process was thorough and easy. Price was very competitive. Work was scheduled and they followup weekly on paint selections and schedule until start date. The crew was professional, showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job in a high quality and professional manner. When we decided to have the exterior of our home painted we had to figure out what services we expected and how to choose a quality company. We had three companies provide us with bids. Crash of Rhinos Painting came out and videotaped the exterior of the house. We were then supplied with a Certificate of Liability, and explanation of their warranty and an informative brochure on the quality of paint and their commitment to great service. Crash of Rhinos also provided us with information on how to understand and best select colors for our home. A detailed scope of work was provided with clear specific review of the document between us and the company’s representative. An agreement regarding all aspects of the job was emailed for our review and signature. All in all Crash of Rhinos Painting was efficient, prompt, and professional at all times. Our experience was enhanced by the communication, friendliness and attention paid to details by the Crash of Rhinos team. There were a couple of small issues we noticed after our walk-through. However the issues were immediately taken care of after notifying Crash of Rhinos. The quality of work met all our expectations. In addition, we have received compliments on the house from several of the neighbors. I highly recommend Crash of Rhinos Painting to anyone looking for quality professional work on their home.

Crash of Rhinos is an exceptional company to work with. They were efficient and pleasant throughout the whole process. Luis and crew were neat and detail oriented, even offering suggestions when two-toning the house. When we had a color change during the job, the office staff of Mary, Mike & Kim were accommodating so we were 100% satisfied. Their part of our entire house project was the most enjoyable.

Hire this company! Do not bother to look further. It doesn't get any better. We originally agreed to have another highly rated company do the job of painting our house and the wall around our backyard. They were a little less expensive than Crash of Rhinos but they failed to show up, and communicate why, more than once so I called Crash of Rhinos back. Every person, from Mike who did the estimate, Mary who handled paperwork and communication about the job status and Luis and his crew who did the painting were true professionals. Mike showed up promptly to do the estimate and was prepared with a readout of our square footage from the county assessor. He took video of the areas that were to be painted and gave us a prompt and competitive estimate. Mary emailed me weekly before the job started and daily after they started painting. She was always quick to answer any questions. The crew arrived exactly, and I mean exactly to the minute, when they said they would. They covered all areas that were not to be painted and did a beautiful, precise paint job on our home. When they were finished they fixed the (very few) issues that we saw during the final walk through and cleaned up the entire area, leaving nothing but a gorgeous new paint job. I wish every home maintenance project could go as smoothly with such a great outcome.

It went extremely well with a professional crew who not only did a fine job, but also protected the surrounding plants, trees, and pool from any overspray. All of the HOA contacts were also handled appropriately and a final check was performed with care. On one area that had apparently been passed by, the crew chief appeared shortly after the call and handled that area as well. We are pleased and would certainly use them again.

They did a good job and did everything they said they were going to do. They didn't miss much and did a quality job. They took a lot of time explaining the job. The owner came out and went around the house. We talked about it quite a bit before they started. I didn't really have any problems that I had to follow up on. It was little stuff that didn't really matter. They were a day late.

Crash just finished the exterior painting of my home, gazebo, block walls, railings, etc, etc. Very big job. Everyone from the owner (Mike Ricker) to the office staff (Mary & Kim) to the on-site crew were extremely professional & courteous. The upfront planning on what primers & colors to be used on what surfaces along with the daily email progress updates from Mary made sure we were all in sync. The crew chief Coyo was the very best. His attention to detail & insuring everything was done correctly went above & beyond. When the weather turned bad during the early stages of the project & caused problems with some of the freshly repaired & painted areas, Mike had the paint manufacturer on-site quickly to provide additional professional guidance on root cause & corrective actions. Mike made it clear to the crew that whatever it took to repair the problem areas was to be done properly. I would highly recommend Crash of Rhinos.

I brought in 6 highly rated painting companies in November 2016 to provide a bid to paint my 3,529 sqft 2 story home in Goodyear, Az. In the end, Crash of Rhinos had the best price, OUTSTANDING customer service, their crews showed up EXACTLY on time, usually within 1-2 minutes of their scheduled arrival/start time, and they ONLY used Dunne Edwards top shelf paint, probably the best paint for the hard conditions of the Southwest. The crews were hard working, knowledgeable and experienced. I am a hard person to impress, and throughout the entire process, the Admin. staff with their daily progress emails and the painting crews at Crash of Rhinos impressed me. I've already had neighbors asking me who painted our home and I happily refer them to Crash of Rhinos. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your home painting needs. From beginning to end, this company was on top of their game. Their owner gave a very thorough quote and we were kept very informed throughout the process. We had to wait on HOA approval and they were very patient and flexible with our timing. Carlos, our project manager, introduced himself on day 1 and gave us play by play of the daily process. Very much appreciated from what we had experienced from some other companies doing work on our house. We are so very happy with our home and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend this company!

From the moment we saw our son's newly painted house, we knew we would call Crash of Rhinos Painting when we were ready to have our house painted. Their team took care of everything including helping us select our colors. They did all the prep work, scraped and primed where necessary, filled cracks and applied Dry-Lok, etc. They used Dunn Edwards acrylic paint, two coats. The crew was polite, professional. Everything just went so smoothly, and they were done in under 2 days. I highly recommend them.

What a great job! What a great team! I can't begin to express how delighted we have been with the entire process. Many companies think they can do what they do, but they have shown that they can deliver. There was a seamless hand off from Mike, quoting, to Mary, Office Manager, to Kim, Color advisor, to Jolene, Project Manager, to Coyo, Crew Leader. Each putting our home and time front and center. I genuinely like each person I worked with. I love the colors and have no doubt that it will wear well. Coyo and his team were real professionals! Prep, attention to detail, friendliness and clean up were all top notch.

Husband and wife are owners. Kim worked with us to make our own color. She came over 10 times to get the color right. She drove around with me and helped me pick a color for my house. They went the extra mile and painted our custom metal door as well. Recently I noticed a spot on our home that was missed and Kim and her top painter came out to make sure it was perfect and fix it if needed at no extra charge. The matched our light fixtures to match our front door also. No hidden fees and and add ons later. The quote was the quote. I highly recommend them.

Mike came out to go through the list, take video which he passed on to Kim who came out to confirm colors and sheen. She helped me go through my old paint to see what could be used. I was scheduled 3 months out but placed on a short list for any last minute openings and they were able to take care of my painting needs in 6 weeks. The foreman was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. He gave me a walkthrough after the first day to go over what had been accomplished and listed off what needed to be finished up the second day. He graciously handled last minute 'add-ons'. The work was superb! We have used Crash of Rhinos several times in the past and will continue to do so.

Crash of Rhinos did an excellent job and it was seamless from start to finish. I couldn't have been more impressed with everyone! Mike was very patient with all my questions and Kim did a great job helping me with colors, as well as Joleen and Mary with scheduling! My painters Carlos and Daniel did an exceptional job in paying attention to detail, the paint job is outstanding! They were incredibly patient as well in dealing with my many requests. I am very detail oriented, so don't miss a thing and they were great. I ended up having my entire retainer wall painted with dry lock from top to bottom because I liked the appearance of it better then just the bottom portion. This is what made the cost rise a bit, but well worth the finished product. I just kept saying to Carlos and Daniel, I can't believe this is my house, I literally hung out in front for 2 hours after they finished. The transformation from what it looked like before to now, was unbelievable, it looks like a new house, and the gate looks brand new too! So THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to everyone I worked with at Crash of Rhinos I will be telling all my friends and neighbors about your work and in fact, one of them is having her house painted by you guys next month, because she loved the work you did at my house! This company is very easy to work with despite my anxiety about colors, coverage and timeframe. They kept in touch more than any other company I ever worked with. In fact I counted about 40+ emails to / from them as I asked questions about everything from timeframe, coverage of the paint, payment and addtional options such as the drywall repair. I am very please with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them or hire them again. Oh, and I should mention they had infinite patience with me and my questions. Thank you!

The company kept in touch the entire time from me signing the contract til the day after the job completed. I chose three colors. The workers were professional and neat.

The painters were very punctual, professional and neat. They did an outstanding job on our house and paid attention to every detail. They even emailed us a progress report after the first day on what they accomplished and what still needed to be done. We are very "picky" about who we choose to complete home improvements projects for us. We highly recommend Crash of Rhinos.

This review is long overdo. Crash of Rhinos did an excellent job from start to finish. Mike came out and gave a thorough estimate. He provided a folder with the agreed upon job along with the company's guarantee. When the day came to start the job, the crew was on time, professional and courteous. They completed all work as promised. They may not be the lowest price, but I believe you get what you pay for and Crash of Rhinos was worth it. I would highly recommend.

I had three other price estimates prior to meeting with Mike Ricker, Contractor of Crash of Rhinos. Each one had been more expensive than the one before, so I was very pleased with Mike Richer's estimate. It was more reasonable than the contractor I was thinking of hiring and also included a better grade of paint (Dunn-Edwards Evershield Ultra Premium Acrylic vs. Spartashield). He was very professional and friendly, explained in detail what the painters would do, what I could expect from them and the guarantees they provided. There was never any pressure during the visit and that I really appreciated. On July 27 at exactly 6:00 a.m. Jorge and Victor arrived and introduced themselves and started right in power spraying the house. The work was completed in two days and they did a really great job! They were courteous, professional, very neat painters and took pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Crash of Rhinos and would hire them again without any hesitation!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the exterior paint done by Crash of Rhinos on my home!! I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and services provided by them! We also had them do the computerized renderings first with different options on paint and trim colors and it REALLY made a difference in helping to make important decisions on how it would be done. Also, Kim took care of the paperwork for us with the dreaded NAPOA in our area and took the stress right out of that part. The men who performed the work were skilled and very proficient at what they do. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job from set up all the way through to clean up. I literally have no complaints only praises!! I have already recommended them to so many people, but wanted to share the good news about a great company here as well.
