real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreWe were shocked at how low the appraisal was. We clarified with a family friend who agreed that he was extremely low. When we tried to contact him directly he did not return any phone calls or emails until the lender got involved. We pointed out multiple errors on the appraisal and he told us that it didn't matter and he was not going to make any changes. It is our belief that he does not have a good undersanding of the Valley and that his report was inaccurate and he was not interested in correcting the errors.
