Description of Work: They were to evaluate 2 Blackberry Phones (9930)- The keyboard was sticking & I wanted to know if they could swap them . Charged me $35 ( for 1 / Both to Check out). = Stated Phones working Fine, No Issues. They were to replace my Blackberry Q10 screen- Broke it-( Neglected to pay for a Case & Screen Protector). I called on friday before I went over - $89 for Labor & Part. When I arrived , New Price ( $129 incl Parts& Labor). I asked thenm why a difference , Misquote. Bad Feeling - Should have walked! Paid the price- 50% now & remaining after repair. Friday) Called on Tuesday - Part in & they could do the repair while I waited. I arrived , New Story, Leave it & pick it up in AM. I Refused. I told them I wanted the part & they could keep all the $$$$, No, They do not sale Parts! Left & I called American Express to contest Charges,
