 + 1 moreThey are just a typical cable company, it is hard to get excited about them. They are punctual. I would continue using them because we don't have a choice to get what we want. They are fine. If you want to have all the channels, they are probably the easiest option to get what you want.

 + -1 moreIt is inconsistent. When it works, its great but when it doesn't, its frustrating. And it happens more often than I think it should. They need to focus on upgrading their infrastructure. When I call them and they have to send somebody out, it takes a long time to get somebody to come. They always try to correct the problem remotely first. When they make an appointment, they are pretty good about being on that schedule.
