Quite good at first, until I received my first bill. The phone sales person who helped me get the services I needed set up, lied to me about what I was actually going to pay for. He ended up with a fat commision and I ended up with extraneaous services, I did not need! Not until I called back a 3rd time and demanded to speak to an "escalation specialist" (new term for customer service supervisor) did I get someone who could actually help me. I'll believe it when I see my new bill.

WI-FI severed 5-16, Saturday, Initial call about 4 to a person who had no idea how to determine the cause. Had that person transfer me to a more experienced person, who said it was area wide outage (turned out to be not true) I could hear the landscaper around the bushes where the cable was. Both these people discounted that the landscaper cut the cable. I went to inspect and found indeed the cable was cut. I then called a third person re-explaining all. After much prodding that person was able to get me a Sunday appointment 3pm to 5pm. In the meantime I confronted the landscaper, who owned up to cutting the cable. Fortunately he was able to jury-rig a temporary fix. On Sunday Tech Eric Wiegman arrived to replace the cable about 5pm. . ( I was praying for a crackerjack techie) Well, I got one! Eric not only replaced/ repaired the cable, He reburied the cable AND replaced ALL the hardware that was 20 years old. During his last call on a Sunday! Also, Eric was well mannered and friendly. JACKPOT! While the front end of my experience was shaky, the part that counted most was an A plus.

Service tech made proper repairs to exterior connections and replaced two coax cables to TVs. Excellent service.
