It's been 10 months and we are not impressed. I'm STILL finding paint everywhere in the interior. Just this morning I was cleaning under the microwave and there is about 3ft of tape under the cabinet space and a sloppy paint job. The pre-existing color was a shade of blue, so it is obvious. I have scraped so much paint off out furniture. My sons bed, our bed, our wall unit, even our indoor plants. It's plain ridiculous. Our floor boards look like complete garbage. It truly looks like a child did it. The grout is a disaster throughout the perimeter of the downstairs. I literally find tape every month. The staff lacked basic customer service skills. We communicated thoroughly and were met with excuses. I requested a walk-through and the floor boards be cleaned up at 9am (when both my husband and I would be home) the following day. The painters arrived at 830, cleaned one area about 15 ft, and left. We called Hugh ad he assured us he would do a walkthrough himself and clean the mess. He never did. Its is absolutely not my job to micromanage people you are paying to do a service, and yet that was the theme throughout the experience. The paint is peeling everywhere. It is complete garbage. I spend a day a month doing touch ups. It's literally peels off like rubber, exposing the pre-existing color. The interior looks amateurish. We had the exterior done as well and it looks great. However, there is paint splatter all along the path way. Nearly a year later and I'm STILL finishing their job. I cannot reccomend this company.

Hugh and his team were gracious, efficient, and professional. They did an outstanding job and did the job on time and at budget despite the threat of rain.

My first contact was with Hugh Ford. He initiated contact almost immediately after listing my project on Angie's list. He was professional and upfront in all my dealings. We set up an appointment for him to come by and evaluate the job and he showed up on time. He went over the work required step by step and was clear on what was included, and what was not. He beat his competitor by $1,100.00 and the quality of his crew's work was superb. The site manager George and his crew showed up on time and ready to go! We sort of estimated a two day job, and by golly they got the whole job done in just one day. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a professional, quality-driven paint job on their home. Actually they painted our home twice in 2 weeks--don't laugh, it was not due to their work but rather our choice of a color that once on we did not agree was not what we expected. Hugh was professional,and had a good bid and communicated well. He made it easy, we just needed to tell out color choices and it went as planned. We had the same work crew ( Rodrigo and Carlos) and they were polite, careful and worked well with our needs. I recommend this crew very much. The second paint needed no fixes and was double coat ed.I recommend but hope not to paint again for some time.

Excellent from Hugh coming out to give us an estimate, suggesting things to be done, telling us how the entire process would go, suggesting where to get paint selected and scheduling a two day time frame. The painters arrived on time, were very professional, polite and explained each part of what they would be doing and while doing the work made sure that it was exactly what we wanted done - they were a delight to work with. Our house looks like a brand new home. We are very pleased with the eintire process and final product!

My experience with Copper Valley Painting was just amazing. Their efficiency and attention to details was quite impressive. There were many services that Copper Valley included in their price quote that are add-ons, with additional costs, from other painting companies. The painting crew (Diego and Julio) was awesome. They are hard workers that should make Copper Valley very proud. I strongly advise anyone needing painting to give Copper Valley Painting an opportunity to bid your job. They do amazing work, throw in extras that other companies charge for, and their prices are very reasonable. Copper Valley Painting is truly a great value for your money.

Copper Valley was one of the lowest priced bids I received, and yet they did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house! A competitor just painted my neighbor's house. The same competitor's bid on MY house was almost $1,000 higher than Copper Valley's bid to paint my house. I watched the competitor paint my neighbor's house, and I was not impressed. The competitor rushed and was in-and-out in 1 day. I can see big paint "runs" on the front of my neighbor's house when standing out in the street. God only knows what other painting mistakes or short-cuts they made rushing to get a huge house painted in just 1 day. (Beware the contractor who thinks a 1-day whole-house paint job is a good thing.) Copper Valley did a decent job prepping. They were very thorough in painting. They went above and beyond patching all my stucco problems - even a HUGE section of stucco missing from a patio pillar. They also did extensive dry wall repairs to my covered patio ceiling. And, they replaced the rotten wood trim around my garage. ALL INCLUDED in their super-low bid price! All the other contractors that submitted bids wanted to charge EVEN MORE to include the stucco, drywall, and trim repairs I needed. So, I got a better paint job than my neighbor.... (his house is bigger, and my house paint was in much worse condition than his paint).... at almost $1,000 less!!! That's what I call "Winning"!

Excellent service, was a fixed price contract and they actually did a couple of extras without up-charging. Came on time, house looks great.

I purchased their coupon for 2299 which was $300 lower than any competitor. Hugh was very professional and likeable. His worker guys were also polite and professional. Being a single woman I felt safe around them. They did an excellent quality job and cleaned up after themselves I would say 99% worth. The house looks great and overall I'm extremely pleased with Copper Valley Painting. They had the entire house and property walls painted within 2 days. The next time my HOA goes on the warpath about everyone painting their house I will be sure to give you a call!

They did an excellent job. Hugh came at the beginning to give me a free estimate. The price including power washing the home, taping all windows, doors, etc, calking and filling all cracks and chips in the stucco, replacing the stripping on the sides of the exterior of my garage door and painting with three coats of Edward Dunn paint. They did an excellent job and Hugh walked through everything at the end before I paid him. The few small things I pointed out he and his time made right before the left. They did a superb job. The had the best price out of five quotes and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants the exterior of their home painted!

Hugh's team was on time and efficient. Areas not being painted were protected. I'm glad I went with my gut and hired Copper Valley. The house is painted perfectly and I didn't pay an arm and a leg to get it done. I didn't pay until service was complete which told me they stood behind their work.

Excellent. Carlos and Rodrigo were the crew, Hugh was the "boss." All were wonderful. We were so pleased with the job they did on the outside we hired them to do the inside next month. We didn't even get bids from anyone else.

If you received a paint-your-house notice from the HOA, I strongly recommend Copper Valley Painting. The owner pays attention to his customers and his crews are top-notch professionals - fast, courteous, efficient and meticulous. • Cleaned all around the house before starting; • Moved everything away from the paint areas and covered it in plastic; • Pressure-washed every inch of the house; • Masked off each color section with crisp, clean lines; • Protected our property from overspray during wind gusts; • Asked questions about any instructions that weren't clear; • Repaired damaged stucco and concrete cracks with weatherproof silicone; • Sealed all the fascia with elastin coating; • Used top-quality Dunn Edwards weather-durable paint; • Touched up the very few light spots that were still there; • Cleaned up and removed all materials and debris (not just dumping it in our trash cans); • Guve a three year warranty on their WORK, not just the paint; • Charged nearly half what the other pros quoted; • And finished in TWO DAYS. Ask for Carlos and Rodrigo to get the crew who worked for us.

The work was completed when promised and as promised. Carlos and crew were very professional and did a great job! They arrived on time and completed the project ahead of time. I highly recommend them!

All went well until after the work was done. Hugh promised a $100.00 gift card for any referral that hired him. I referred my neighbor, Hugh did the job and now I cannot get ahold of him. He won't respond to texts. Good luck if he makes this promise. Paint job is good and they were on time every day, but his disappearing act means I won't hire him again.

The crew was very professional and the work was of high quality. We were so pleased with the work, that we gave each of the 3 painters a $70 cash bonus. Highly Recommend.

Initially received an estimate earlier in the year. I signed the agreement and returned. Had to contact four times over a few weeks before owner responded with date painting could be performed. Once contact was made the owner was very responsive, apologized for the issue (had some office manager issue that was resolved) and provided an additional discount for inconvenience and included a fourth paint color at no charge. The painters were on time and completed before I expected. The owner met me at the town home for final walk through. I was very pleased and would recommend.
